I tend to lurk on here and not actively post but in the last few months I’ve bought - directly due to seeing it on here;

Loccitane Almond Shower Oil - I’m converted its amazing -

I’ve also bought the body cream now!

Those Korean scrubbing mitt things- they’re quite good

Neilson Chiropody sponges - amazing

Pair of Next Jersey joggers - they went straight back they were awful on me

I’m sure there is other stuff I have seen on here and decided i have to have it...what has S&B made you buy?

Birkenstocks. Really wish I hadn't.

Mrsmchammer · 22/07/2020 14:37

A lumea.
About to order Becca under eye stuff next.
A coach handbag (it is truly magnificent)
Probably other things too.

What it will never convince me to buy though is anything with the word harem in the title. Awful awful trousers 😂

motheroreily · 22/07/2020 14:37

I bought the ordinary products. I really like them. I posted about a good foundation and my skins being a bit liazardy and someone recommended the ordinary to improve my skin.

Also the sanctuary white lily moisturiser.

Bella444 · 22/07/2020 14:40

Oribe texture spray.

Expensive but worth it!

whiteonesugar · 22/07/2020 14:40

Oh yes i got the Ordinary too haha!

A Phillips Lumea. Nesti Dante soap.

JaneJeffer · 22/07/2020 14:43

Lots of things which were mostly useless!

excelledyourself · 22/07/2020 16:37

Erborian B.B. cream. And I will be trying the Becca under eye cream if it ever comes back into stock.

Bella2020 · 22/07/2020 16:44

The Korean cloths, great for exfoliating before self tanning and an Essence mascara which is really good, especially at less than £3!

Ihopeyourcakeisshit · 22/07/2020 16:46

What's the Korean cloth thing?

Happycow · 22/07/2020 16:49

@ihopeyourcakeisshit A korean italy towel (they are on amazon as well ad other places) - they exfoliate like nothing else! I have always exfoliated fairly frequently and i was horrified and in awe of the dead skin just rolling off me ehen i use these :-)

NooneElseIsSingingMySong · 22/07/2020 16:51

Babyliss Big Hair. Had it years now, definitely worth having.

Set of spot squeezers, much kinder than fingernails!

Tried to Hush Harem trousers, I’m a size 16–18 so I ordered the XL. They were up to my boobs. Really disappointing.

Ihopeyourcakeisshit · 22/07/2020 16:54

@Happycow can you use them on your face?

Everley · 22/07/2020 16:54

A Lumea (although was probably always going to order one, just seeing the good reviews made me want one even more).

Hush harem joggers - love them.

Acai walking trousers.

A “Tights Up” belt from Amazon. 100% the best online purchase I have ever made.

FlibbertyGiblets · 22/07/2020 17:03

M and S jeans that made your bum look tiny (this was about ten years ago)

BBH

Baby Bottom butter obvs crap for face but ace for elbows and knees!

Fly boots

Those Next linen summer dresses. Brilliant!

Loads really

Happycow · 22/07/2020 17:17

@ihopeyourcakeisshit no, they are too harsh. I did try once and ended up feeling sunburned even though i was gentle.

They don't feel harsh on body skin but your face is just too delicate!

Ihopeyourcakeisshit · 22/07/2020 17:21

Oh right ok.
I think I'll get some ordered, I could do with a bit of tlc.
If anyone can recommend a bit of a face treat, I'm all ears.
I'm answer to the actual OP I bought Nuxe oil and a lumea.

igivein · 22/07/2020 17:26

spiral epilator

jokolo · 22/07/2020 17:26

I mean basically everything? This place is my Bible.

The Ordinary and then progressed to the Dermatica, like a sheep! A smooth skinned sheep!

More Good: Loads of bras. Revlon One Step. Korean Italy towels. Foreo Luna. Hush, Toast, Me and Em. Baby feet things. Korean skin care generally. Purito Safe Sun. Biore Watery Essence. Missha cushions. Yorkshire Soap. Nivea blue cream.

Bad: Snag tights. Hush lately. Baby bottom butter. Hmm - I think there's (a lot) more but I gently edit my mistakes from my memory, happily!

PopcornFiend · 22/07/2020 17:32

So many things during lockdown! Most inspired by the “how not to look middle aged” thread.

  • Hush harem joggers - love them. Need to get a pair in black too now.
  • white Stan Smith trainers - love them!
  • retinol night cream, not started using it yet
  • Mom jeans - tried on around 30 pairs before I found a pair that fit and look good (Mango ones from ASOS)

Also had a massive wardrobe cull, trying to have a more “simple” style.

Sakura7 · 22/07/2020 17:43

Correctly sized bras

Nesti Dante soap

Very happy with both!

DianaT1969 · 22/07/2020 17:46

Philips Lumea - it works but I'm too lazy to do it.

The Ordinary Marula Oil - love it

Zoflora - hate it. Awful smell.

I will never buy Saltwater sandals, no matter how often their marketing team post here.

MulberryPeony · 22/07/2020 18:09

Teva sandals that I had been browsing but another poster made me bite the bullet.

Cape from ASOS.

I’m more influenced from Facebook and insta I think though.

JorisBonson · 22/07/2020 18:12

Those Korean wash cloth things that make ALL of your skin come off. They're amazing.

ImaWomAnnotaWomEn · 22/07/2020 18:15

Denim slim fit dungarees.
