Hello!

There used to be a lovely what are you wearing today? thread(s) on here for people who were plus size (circa 16/18 and up I think).

Could anyone tell me if they've seen one lately please? If there isn't one on the go, would anyone be interested in joining me on here?

I'm size 16/18. Today I'm in a New Look floral dress and DM boots. Pic attached (hopefully).

Today its a black M&S tshirt sz 14 under a teal M&Co pinny which is sz 14 but very stretchy so goes over my huge bum.

Here I am (crap photo, sorry), in new girlfriend jeans and t shirt, both from Tu. I got a few bits from there recently and am quite pleased with them all. Their jeans are fab and so cheap!

Casual day working from home. I think summer is over in the north west.

Btw, can anyone give helpful tips on how to copy a photo rather than a link onto this board? Is there something special I need to do, because the normal copy function doesn't seem to work with photos.

@DelphiniumBlue, I tend to d/l the photo, or screenshot and then attach it using the attach link.

All quite new (to accommodate lockdown weight gain ). Such a long day! Kids had a blast. Was so nice to be able to go.

Today I was wearing the khaki dungarees I got from Tesco sale rail the other week, and a collectif stripey t-shirt. Its a slobbing around the house kinda getup.

However I've also been prancing around in a dress I just finished making. Please admire the bee buttons And the shoes I painted to match.

Thanks! The pinafore is about 4 sizes too big. It was 5 pounds in the New Look sale last winter and I decided for that price to get it anyway. Now I actually really love the bigness of it. It is so comfy and with pinafores it doesn't really matter if they are on the loose side. With a tighter top underneath they still look okay.

Yes, I definitely agree, pinafores look great on the loose side, except when they're made from heavier, less soft and pliable material, like a stiff denim. Then they dont fall right in bigger sizes I find.

Might peruse New Look for a nice, soft one a few sizes up! Thanks for the tip.

New Look had fantastic pinafores last winter. They haven't got them at the moment, but I am hoping they come back in the autumn/winter.

Also, yes that denim pinafores are an exception to the pinafore rule. I don't have a denim one because of this. I have tried MANY, but none of them sat right.

Tescos size 14 dress I've squeezed myself into with new grey snags.

I like that Tescos dress. I wish it were possible to buy their clothes online. They seem to have some nice things.

I got this on Ebay, like most my clothes but yeah they do have some nice things. I love the way the dress hangs but it is 100% polyester so it gets a bit whiffy after a day on my feet.

Love the Tesco dress too @LivingDeadGirlUK. I also wish I could get Tesco clothes online. Our Tesco isn't big enough for a clothes section, but I've had some nice bits from there in the past. Sainsbury's has been good for me recently and they do online.
