Hello!

There used to be a lovely what are you wearing today? thread(s) on here for people who were plus size (circa 16/18 and up I think).

Could anyone tell me if they've seen one lately please? If there isn't one on the go, would anyone be interested in joining me on here?

I'm size 16/18. Today I'm in a New Look floral dress and DM boots. Pic attached (hopefully).

I'm having a linen kind of day. Calling the look 'crumpled cool'. Beige cropped trousers from sainsburys and a khaki green floaty sleevless top from Gap.

I am also in an H&M dress and also rocking the crumpled cool look, (because it needs an iron, but there is no way I'm getting my iron out today).

I also very much like the dress from Fenella - it's nice to see dresses like that which aren't really long or don't have some unnecessary design feature like an asymetric hem or something (my pet hate sorry).

I'd be up for dress up Friday although I'd possibly draw the line at fancy dress now I'm back in the office. Then again...

I'm wearing the factor 50 dress today. I'm not sure I actually like it but it is cool and needs must.

Seasalt grey linen trousers - very crumpled and a plain white T. Flat Hush Puppies gold sandals - must be few years old now but very soft and comfortable.

ASOS Curve maxi dress today. To the floor and slits in the front to catch that breeze!

I really have to share this - I just got this dress today, it is so perfect for this weather! H&M Airy dress. Not me in the photo! I've got XL ( I'm an 18) and it is lovely - light fabric but not see through. So this is what I'm wearing today!

I have just bought a linen blend dress from &Other Stories, online. Will have to see what it's like on. This weather has made me realise that I don't have enough dresses which are suitable for really warm weather.

@BestIsWest, ah another one for the crumpled cool club !

My dress is already ruined from toddler throwing stuff at me and general sweatiness . Feel like getting changed at least once every day at the moment.

@DelphiniumBlue obsessed with those sandals. Where did you get them?

I looked for poorremus's dress but couldn't find it on the website. It is probably worth visiting that shop ( London N8) I've had some fabulous jeans from there and a couple of jumpers.

I am at home, BOILING 🥵 Spent half day in my underwear only, but since OT and children came back home from visiting family this morning, was forced to make myself decent- summer dress with straps. I am in London, it's +33'C at the moment! Days like these makes me want to loose weight even more!

WanderingTrolley1 that dress is very nice - looks cool and wafty.
I am in London too and it is 38C in the shade in my shady garden!
DH has gone out in jeans regardless, I honestly think I'd faint if I put on jeans now.

Turns out those platform sandals are H&M in the sale now at £12.00!

Oh this is weird - I haven’t posted on this thread for weeks, and just found it again..... I am now wearing the same dress as @LadyPrigsbottom having spilt coffee over the dress I had on this am, which is the same one as @sonjadog has on!

@DelphiniumBlue I have the same issue with mine, he will now wear a lighter walking trouser rather than just jeans, but never shorts!

@JerseyMermaid I should have guessed that really 😂. I have lived in Devon all my adult life and would never live anywhere else.

Liking all of these dresses. I've been wearing worn out crap today and fortunately forgot to take a photo. It has been 32 here also!!

Today I'm wearing an Olive green version of the H&M dress I wore 2 days ago. Also a size large but strangely a bit shorter than the other colour.
