Hello!

There used to be a lovely what are you wearing today? thread(s) on here for people who were plus size (circa 16/18 and up I think).

Could anyone tell me if they've seen one lately please? If there isn't one on the go, would anyone be interested in joining me on here?

I'm size 16/18. Today I'm in a New Look floral dress and DM boots. Pic attached (hopefully).

I am, weirdly, longing for the days I can wear tights most days again (Snags obvs ) instead of bare legs all the time! I think I should migrate north tbh, but DH is having none of it, selfish .

Its def cold enough for snags up here :p but weather looking up for the weekend, I might get my legs out yet!

I was at work today so on my feet all day.
I’m wearing a navy blue loose pleated dress from Next size 20 which I got from the charity shop. It’s a bit big but think it looks better that way.
With white converse and a white little cardigan, I’ve had for years.
The dress is sleeveless. I don’t always cover my arms but this dress looks better with the balance I think.
I use body glide which I get from Amazon which has revolutionized being able to wear dresses without tights.

Nothing nice today but have just rinsed the charity shops so will have plenty to show this week!

jersey, love that dress! I agree, I sometimes prefer to size up for comfort / floatiness / oversized look.

I'm wearing a dress from Tesco today, its a size 14 but skims my hips so does just about fit. About to go put some black tights on as its still chilly!

Here I am in one of my new H&M puff sleeve numbers. Wearing with black tights and Pozu hi tops. Might put a black, denim jacket over the top too.

It is 100% cotton, which is why I like it. The other one is pink, which l think will be good for hot days.

Hi everyone, I love seeing all your fab photos. Very stylish.
I'm short and a rotund size 18 with big boobs.
I have a favour to ask. I bought a dress recently and the shape is very flattering. The fabric however is not good quality and very see-through. Has anyone see similar but of better quality? I'll post a picture. Thanks

Have you tried Seasalt? They have dresses of similar shape. They are a bit expensive but the quality is very good and they last for a long time.

I second the Seasalt recommendation. I love their dresses. Also, maybe Toast or Cos?

I was wearing my Mint Velvet trousers with a black T with lace cap sleeves, but I just spilled my lunch all up it :p So thrown on a band T. Well its actually the cover to the computer game Doom, done in the style of Metallicas Ride the lightning album cover #nerd4ever

@Rebelwithallthecause honestly they are so nice, I would never have picked them myself as they are quite smart and I got in a rut of either wearing jeans for casual or black trousers for work with nothing in between. These make me feel like a grown up even in a band T!

Site visit today so I'm in slim grey trousers and a long sleeved ribbed top from GAP. It was too warm though so you might get two outfits out of me today!

While I generally "don't sweat much for a fat lass", I walk to and from work so as I'm in the south east (35 degrees today) the ancient Evans chub rub (God I hate that expression) shorts are on. I bought them about 20 years ago. Does this make them vintage?

No. Although you'd think you would feel hotter.

Perhaps it's because you feel dryer?
