itssquidstella I'm very jealous. I've been hunting for your dress for ages, ordered it from Topshop, paid for it and then got an email telling me it was out of stock

@Talisin great dress trainer combo a sequined trainers are genius and do I spot cool pink hair? If I had blonde hair I'd love to have pink bits, I have tried and tried with DD's hair chalks and it remains resolutely brown.

@Wildernesstips thanks for the tip. I usually hand sew hems but I do have a sewing machine that I'm a bit in fear of as it's all new and shiny and seems to know rather more than I do! My old one was very basic and since upgrading I've hardly used this. I must get it out and practice. I used to make all my clothes pre kids even coats and suits! I bought some fabric and a pattern a few months ago but haven't had the energy to do anything.

Thanks @itssquidstella @Ellapaella most of my jewellery is from Tatty Devine, I seem to acquire a couple of pieces each year. This year I was so lucky in that my graduating class clubbed together and got me a couple of things which was absolutely lovely of them.

Oh and @Ellapaella thank you. The jumper is very nice and I must wear it more! My sezane things arrived and I need to try them on.

Really need to get back exercising and eating a better. Feel really frumpy.

For everyone that has said nice things about my legs you've no idea what a confidence boost you've given me.

In my head I have stumpy legs and knobbly knees (rugby players knees and chicken legs was told as a child - I was a tomboy)

I've now getting them out from their normal uniform of a ancient leggings and jodhpurs. So thanks!

Hopefully summer is about to return (the forecast says 26C today). I have newly painted toenails to celebrate! But for the moment I’m wearing an extra layer. I stole the T-shirt from DD - it has a flowery chiffon back.
