Trousers that aren't jeans

Hi! I'm on the hunt for some comfy, casual trousers for wearing day to day that aren't jeans? I wear jeans all the time and find them tight and uncomfortable. Trackies or joggers are fine around the house but I'm not keen on wearing them out, even on walks etc. Anyone have any ideas? I'm a 14/16 with pretty chunky legs. Thanks Smile

Following a post on here last year I bought a couple of pairs of cropped stretch trousers from Roman Originals. Not somewhere that I normally shop but high waisted and really comfortable in lots of colours.

Just checked and they have them this year at £12.95.

The new maison white stuff linen trousers arrived today (I got them in a dark chambray colour - can't remember actual name) and I love them. Definitely generous in size as I'm nearer a 16 on bottom at the moment but 14 fits perfectly and they taper nicely at the bottom. Quite pricey at £55 but I bought them with £15. I never find trousers that I like so I'm hanging on to them!
