I'm pretty sure she gets them custom made. You might, when someplace like John Lewis reopens, take a picture of her dress and go to the fabric and pattern department and they may know of a similiar dress pattern that you could then get made up.
I think the style suits her hourglass figure and she does have lovely legs. Some of her fabric choices are hit and miss.
