I know everyone is different but if you are 5ft5 and 14st what dress size are you?

My aim is to be 14st by end of July.

I'd like to buy a motivation dress to try on every month and hopefully fit in.

My first goal is 14 stone.

So what size are you at 14st

Leggings have the advantage of stretching over a lower tummy, by the way. Low to mid rise trousers and skirts won't do that - and skirts will likely rise up, whilst trousers will cut uncomfortably into the skin.

This was worse when I lost weight rapidly.

If say 18. But depends on your fat to muscle ratio, I'm 5:4 and 13st and a size 18-16 I'm Pera so 18 lower half 16 top. But I will be honest I don't have a lot of muscle so someone with more muscle and same height and weight as me could be a straight 16 or even a 14/16.

I’m 5ft 5” and 11 st 12lbs. I’m in size 16 stuff (and have decided enough is enough... menopause or not, I have to knuckle down and lose two stones).
