Has anyone used Lookfantastic.com?

I recently made a purchase from this website. It stated that the product delivery would be sent within a week. I placed my order with them on the 10th April 2020. Today is the 29th April and my orders are not here yet. I've sent an enquiry and have been told to contact the Custom office of my country(Singapore) if I do not receive my orders by the 15th May. This is truly ABSURD! I shop online all the time, this is my first unpleasant experience. I thought this company would be in India or Africa, but it is in UK. The customer service is APPALLING! I never ever post a negative review about a company online, this is the first time ever. I do hope that their customer service will take a reparative action and solve this issue, will update you guys if they do this. Otherwise, if you are not in UK, please save your money/time/stress and shop elsewhere.

I’ve used it several times. Delivery is taking forever at the moment, about 2 weeks, but only to be expected I think.

I've ordered from them a lot and never had a problem. Items arrive within a few days. (I am in the UK)

Many companies are taking longer to process orders because of the current situation. Maybe take this in to account?

I use them often, every few months or so.

I use them all the time (in the UK) so can only assume that it is due to a mixture of covid and customs. Isn't there anywhere similar based in Singapore that you could buy from in future?

I use them a lot - got a package this week. Took over a week to be despatched and arrived 48hrs later (UK). It sounds like a problem with your customs doesn't it?

Used them quite a few times and no issues - would expect delays due to COVID at the moment (plus no one can see me apart from low red video conferencing so I’ve stopped using my ‘nice’ make up and beauty products 😂)

They are my go-to beauty and skincare site. Never had a problem though haven't ordered during the Covid crisis, and I've only used LF- UK and LF- Italy.

Also never had an issue with LF. I think given it's an overseas order you should wait a little longer, taking into the current conditions.

Have you checked with the Customs office? Are there restrictions with international mail coming into the country at the moment. Are you in lockdown? I wouldn’t expect anything to be normal at the moment. It’s not necessarily the company’s fault at all.

Well there is a pandemic occurring right now(!).....international post is severely delayed. A parcel sent from NZ to me on the other side of the world has yet to show after about 6 weeks. Normally it would be 10 days. I think lower your expectations.

Oh and to add I have used them before and they were good.

Everything is taking a while now. Maybe rather than have make-up shipped halfway round the world, go somewhere local if you want it quickly?

I’ve ordered from them multiple times and have never had an issue with them. If you weren’t aware there’s a global pandemic going on currently so I think it’s only fair to expect things are taking longer than usual... especially international postage as there’s likely to be far less cargo/freight shipments and flights taking place.

Used them many, many times. Always reliable and prompt service. I would imagine, as with many businesses, dispatch and delivery may take a little while longer at the moment. Although, you are experiencing hire a delay.

I don't want to come across as too rude but I really struggle with posts like this OP. I mean seriously?? This pandemic has given me a real insight into how people behave. It think it's totally unfair of you to rubbish a company under these circumstances. This company employs people. Just think things through a bit before you act maybe??

Yes I think they are normally very good.

I have also used look fantastic and they are normally very quick with dispatch and delivery. I also subscribe to a couple of monthly beauty boxes that are currently taking weeks to arrive but hey ho we are in unusual times so I wouldn't and haven't complained.

Also used them lots and never a problem. Usually order around Christmas and stuff always comes on time
