I've been using The Ordinary 23% vitamin C serum but it stings a lot on application and has an unpleasant gritty feeling and I'm getting sick of it. Which Vitamin C product do you use? Particularly interested in budget suggestions. Ta

I'm going to try the Roche Posey one next. I've been underwhelmed with c e feurulic and the timeless one and gow and pretty much every other one I've tried!

Beauty pie capsules

Does Vit C suit every skin type?

potbellend · 12/01/2020 00:14

Not budget but AlumierMD,

Vitamin C is good for every skin type, Tinks, but different brands probably suit different types better. The Ordinary one mentioned doesn't suit sensitive skin.

Another vote for Beauty Pie capsules.

Nadine Baggott has a very good video up on YouTube at the mo about Vitamin C skincare. She recommends the Beauty Pie vitamin c fluid so may try that next time.

Vitamin C always seems to break me out and I’ve tried a few brands as well

Do report back on the Revolution serum, OP

Fluffycloudland77 · 14/01/2020 07:33

I’m using the ordinary powder too but I’ll just buy a big bag of vit c off eBay when it’s gone.

It’s lightened all the hyper pigmentation I got using the contraceptive implant.

Bloomburger · 14/01/2020 07:36

Beauty Pie, not the capsules though the cream.

ScabbyHorse · 14/01/2020 08:39

Superdrug range

'Do report back on the Revolution serum, OP'

Impressed so far. Lovely texture, feels nourishing and hydrating, no stinging. Have binned The Ordinary- I never do that, but j honestly think it's just a bad product, so wouldn't want to inflict it on anyone else
