Im using elemis pro collagen marine cream it was a present but I think it's giving me spots. Which moisturisers have made a visible difference to your skin?

I'm sorry but I'm going to have to say the Nivea little blue pot... am sure there will be more of us along soon.
Clinique dramatically different is ok.

To be competitive honest I have tried so many expensive moisturisers.. but I always go back to
Nivea, it’s amazing and does my face the world of good!! And I’ve been through decleor, Elemis, liz Earle, Chanel, la Roche posay and many more! It’s this one www.boots.com/nivea-daily-essentials-light-moisturising-day-cream-for-normal-to-combination-skin-spf15-50ml-10081017?cm_mmc=bmm-buk-google-ppc--PLAs--(GB:Whoop!)+Nivea-_-(GB:Whoop!)+Boots+Shopping+-+Category+-+Beauty+-+Mobile&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIndq2ocfg5gIVArDtCh0AWgGAEAQYBSABEgI4aPD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds

That was meant to say completely..... blooming autocorrect 🙄

Boots basic cucumber range moisturiser is the bees knees (for me). Better than the expensive clarinet I used for years and it costs about £1.50 for a round pot that lasts me agggggeess (a year ish).

VickyBHF · 31/12/2019 18:56

*clarins

Hoolajerry · 31/12/2019 18:58

I use Environ. It's really good

Plump82 · 31/12/2019 19:09

The Superdrug Naturally Radiant 2 in 1 Moisturiser & Serum. My skin is so bright and looks healthy since using it.

Sparklyring · 31/12/2019 19:11

Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream literally is magic, my skin glows.

FancyAMincePie · 31/12/2019 19:13

Ponds

CreaturesVeiledByNight · 31/12/2019 19:15

Honestly although I have moisturisers I really like, what’s made the biggest difference to my skin has been toners and serums targeted to my skin type and skin concerns eg retinol for anti-aging and glow, BHA for congestion. Oh and daily spf!

Bloomburger · 31/12/2019 19:19

The Beauty Pie retinol ones and hylauronic acid serum too that or the Biore Aqua serum that I pile on daily too.

RonaldMcDonald · 31/12/2019 19:20

Depends what for. All skin is different.
Mine needed different things when dehydrated than when it was chemically mauled due to acne treatment

NannyPear · 31/12/2019 19:25

CeraVe. The big tub.

PermanentTemporary · 31/12/2019 19:26

I used to love Dr Hauschka Rose Day Cream but I got myself some with a Christmas voucher and its actually a bit heavy. Theres a light version though.

Avene vis Boots had a redness-reducing ond I really liked for a while

MissKittyBeaudelais · 31/12/2019 23:42

Holland & Barrett Dr Organic Pro-Collagen with Black Pearl. Really good.

reservoircats · 31/12/2019 23:49

I have the Charlotte tilbury magic cream - it's incredibly nourishing without being greasy and really gives my skin a healthy glow that nothing else I've used has done before. Quite expensive but worth it in my opinion

catwithflowers · 01/01/2020 09:35

Another vote for Superdrug here 😊

Absoluteunit · 01/01/2020 09:39

It's all about the serum for me. I've never found a moisturiser that's made much of a difference

EntirelyAnonymised · 01/01/2020 09:39

La Roche Posay cicaplast B5 repair balm. I use quite a lot of ‘actives’ and this is just really nice and soothing.

Oksanna · 01/01/2020 09:40

Cacau oil from Holland and Barret

Oksanna · 01/01/2020 09:41

Cacay*

EntirelyAnonymised · 01/01/2020 09:41

It’s also thick and rich so it keeps my skin plump and manages the retinA flakes without being greasy. Plus it isn’t full of fragrance or colours which my skin doesn’t like.

Cordial11 · 01/01/2020 09:43

Keihls ultra balm at night - brill

Sexnotgender · 01/01/2020 09:43

Astral. I have very dry skin though.

Asschercut · 01/01/2020 10:12

Nivea and Clarins beauty flash balm on top for me. Again I've tried many expensive creams and medical treatment ranges and the circular pots of Nivea work the best for me. I am loving the old fashioned Clarins Beauty Flash Balm over the top of the Nivea currently as I'm in my 40's and breastfeeding (can't have my Botox at the minute) my last baby so my skin needs all the help it can get. I used to use beauty flash balm 20+ years ago for hiding hangovers. I'm getting lots of comments on my skin at the minute despite feeling haggard and knackered with the menopause baby!
