Toner: Beauty Pie Dr. Glycolic and The Inkey List PHA (on rotation - the PHA toner is much gentler)
Serum: The Ordinary Buffet with Copper Peptides
Moisturiser: SkinSense hydranet - day cream, intense moisture cream and leave-on cream, depending on how parched my skin is.
Face mask: Skinsense hydranet as above.
Eye Cream: don’t use
Sunscreen: would love to hear others! Particularly anyone with dark skin.
Primer: don’t use it - skin routine takes care of it.

I'm 47 and my skin is loving a weekly Body Shop aloe calm sheet mask. La Roche Posay cicaplast is nothing short of a miracle.
I still have very full lips, despite the estrogen dropping.
Cocoa butter lip balm from the Body Shop is the business. I slather it on before bed. Lush sugar lip scrub is a monthly treat.
