Odd question, I know

Doesn't feel right to put moisturiser on before deodorant but it doesn't feel right to just miss them either???

No!
Maybe use dove if you feel yours are dry?

TwoOneBravo · 10/12/2019 18:36

No

JinglingHellsBells · 10/12/2019 18:39

what? why would you do that?

FinallyGotAnIPhone · 10/12/2019 18:40

ScribblyGum · 10/12/2019 18:43

megletthesecond · 10/12/2019 18:43

Err why exactly? Who has dry armpits?

nitgel · 10/12/2019 18:53

Yes when putting on body lotion

fluffiphlox · 10/12/2019 18:54

No.

riotlady · 10/12/2019 18:54

No??

drivingtofrance · 10/12/2019 18:55

No. Never done that in my 51 years ?

Is this a thing?

avocadoze · 10/12/2019 18:55

Wowsers, didn’t have any idea that was a thing.

CheeseyBeano · 10/12/2019 18:57

Oh god, is this something else we have to do now, like curling our eyelashes?

GeorgieTheGorgeousGoat · 10/12/2019 18:58

I’ve just started Blush

Tbf sometimes they are a bit itchy so it helps.

DramaAlpaca · 10/12/2019 19:00

In 55 years on this planet it has never once occurred to me to moisturise my armpits.

ExpletiveFairylighted · 10/12/2019 19:02

No, never. I don't use body lotion routinely, and then only use it on areas prone to dry skin.

stripeypillowcase · 10/12/2019 19:18

yes, since I stopped using deodorant every day (use the 48 hour type of deodorant every other day)
don't worry I shower and wash every day

Makinglists · 10/12/2019 19:24

Ugg no I have dry skin but my pits have always been fine

AnAngryElf · 10/12/2019 19:30

I have when they're particularly dry/itchy from shaving but generally, no. I use Nivea Pearl deodorant which is quite moisturising anyway.

Sparklyring · 10/12/2019 19:34

Eh?! Surely no one does this!

boatybook · 10/12/2019 19:38

I don't moisturise them at the moment and they don't generally get dry but I have to do the rest of me every time I wash or I get dry and itchy and it always feels odd missing them out, but it feels like deodorant wouldn't work if I put it on straight after doing it so I wondered what everyone else does

OP posts:
FuckoffAlexa · 10/12/2019 19:41

Not with lotion. Sometimes with Shea butter after shaving.

halloumi2019 · 10/12/2019 21:50

Never, makes them greasy/damp with product so the don’t properly dry? My deodorant doesn’t dry down probably if I moisturise them either, no one wants white marks or slight sweat patches (composed of product residue in this case!)
