Go to smart-casual trousers and joggers??

I'm in need of smart-casual trousers and am struggling to find anything I like. What are your favourites? I'd like something everyday-wearable but that could also be worn to work (smart-casual workplace).
Requirements:

For winter (i.e nothing too thin)
Not too cropped (brrr, chilly. Ankle-Length is ok)
Comfortable
Flattering

Ideally something a bit more interesting than bog-standard skinny/ jegging/ tregging type thing. But nothing crazy wide-leg either (too much fabric flapping around).

Also looking for some nice, cosy joggers that are also ok to leave the house in (e.g school run).

I'm early 40s, 5'7", size 10, hour glass type shape (I have hips and a bum but relatively flat stomach)

They aren't as fitted in me as on the model. They have several other trousers which looked really nice too. I also have a pair of relaxed cargos which are more casual. Someone I know got a pair of lovely similar ones from Zara I think.

Normally I just wear jeans so was pleased with this. Jigsaw and whistles have fab things too. None of these retailers are cheap but I've been trying to buy better quality and fewer things. Hush has nice joggers but wait for the sale

I had thought Hush for joggers, but then read awful reviews on here about poor quality...

Baukjen - good call. I've never shopped there before but like the look of their stuff

@Teasville have a look in the Hushita thread and ask us questions! I've not bought their joggers but I have various trousers shirts T-shirt's jumpers and jeans that are fab and have lasted well. I live in their t shirts but I do take great care of my clothes! ( I don't have enough money not to do so).

Baukjen are a new purchase to me, I've seen them lots and admired but as part of my plan to buy less buy better i gave them a try with a couple of end of season sale things a while back and was very happy. I've now got 2 x trousers
2x jumpers
2 x tops ( heavy jersey)
Which I waited for serious discounts on and bought. I would like a pair f their jeans next...
Brand Alley often have their stuff too but it will be last season ( nothing wrong with that).
