Are these fugly?

I love these but I can't quite explain why. I'm bored of wearing my kitten heeled ankle boots with everything but wonder if these are the answer?

Yes they are in my view

user1471449295 · 14/11/2019 15:08

Are fugly I meant

Fairylea · 14/11/2019 15:10

Well they’re not pretty in the traditional sense Grin but they are trendy and fun! Go for it. Dd aged 16 would love them.

MilkTwoSugarsThanks · 14/11/2019 15:12

I recommend wellies for the foreseeable future tbh OP.

RatherBeRiding · 14/11/2019 15:48

I'd wear them!

wellthatsjustgreat · 14/11/2019 15:51

I like them but I struggle with shoes as I definitely don't do "dainty". If you like them then wear them. Wear them with confidence and you will look great.

Bluntness100 · 14/11/2019 15:53

Totally fugly. Like joke shoes.

MsChatterbox · 14/11/2019 15:53

They're really in fashion atm. Not my personal style but if you like them then you it's not like you'll be the only person in them!

raffle · 14/11/2019 15:54

I love them!

CountFosco · 14/11/2019 15:56

Well given the choice of these or kitten heeled anything these are the clear winners. Not fugly.

Plump82 · 14/11/2019 18:06

I like them a lot. But they're not really comparable to kitten heels!?

TrickyKid · 14/11/2019 18:08

I like the style but I'd get the DM version as they'll be better quality.

emilybrontescorsett · 14/11/2019 18:09

Very fashionable at moment.

Tableclothing · 14/11/2019 18:12

Were you a teenager in the 90s? They have a bit of a dorky Baby Spice vibe.

ambereeree · 14/11/2019 19:08

@Tableclothing I had a white pair just like that mid 90s!

TSSDNCOP · 14/11/2019 19:12

Worn only by adults that think they're MAD!

Sagradafamiliar · 14/11/2019 19:20

They're great but then again I wouldn't be seen dead in a kitten heel.

Widowodiw · 14/11/2019 19:23

They are a cheap version of the DM ones but not a very good
Version. They do look cheap.

LimitIsUp · 14/11/2019 19:24

Not for me, but I can see that they would suit some people and they aren't fugly.

I really can't stand comments like TSSDNCOP's

TSSDNCOP · 14/11/2019 19:28

Limit next time I'll run my comments past you for pre-approval.

I really can't stand thread police.

AnyFucker · 14/11/2019 19:29

I fucking hate kitten heels so they are a massive improvement

MyGhastIsFlabbered · 14/11/2019 20:32

I can't run to Doc Martens....they're expensive (though I agree much better quality) but they're leather. I'm one of those non-preachy vegans so leather is out.

I started the 90s as a teen but didn't finish them as one!

I'm just hankering after a clumpy Mary Jane. I don't think I'm mad (or should that be MAD)...I have a drs letter to prove it!

OP posts:
flopsytheflatcat · 14/11/2019 20:34

They're ace and far from Fugly

Symptomless · 14/11/2019 20:34

My students would love them

MotherHeggy · 14/11/2019 20:36

Much nicer than kitten heels. I'd love a pair of those shoes.
