Third is a swing top with a gingham back has a plain white front thought both the cotton tops would like ok with shorts in the summer.

I have also been busy with my mum. She has a pain in her back so i took her to x-ray today. Tomorrow its off for blood tests. It just seems endless.

@GinandGingerBeer the fit on the cord leggings is very true to size. The website said they come up small but I would say true. I am a size 14 and 5'8" and I bought the long. They come up to my true waist (and don't slip down, hurrah) and have a wide and comfy elastic waistband. The fabric is very soft and stretchy, but not thin, if that makes sense.

But my legs are not very thin!

Lovely tops len. I like them...my favourite is the blue, as that's my favourite colour!

I did order some desperately needed jeans from TS as they have 25% off at the moment, so that my sensible spend.

I often buy things out of season. You get much better bargains and I like the idea that I have new clothes when the weather turns.

Fuzzy yes I felt a bit frivolous buying stuff that I won’t wear any time soon, but it’s true some good bargains for out of season clothing at the moment.

Are we expecting a Black Friday code tomorrow? 🙃

@Londonborncatty there’s 25% certain items (Hush friends have it already, the rest of us have to wait) but not everything.

I have just bought my first pair of DMs since I was 17, inspired by @Ellapaella. They are a really lovely soft leather, unlike my 90s pair which I never fully managed to break in. Any styling tips, Ella?

Laska and Fuzzy, those M&S cords look amazing! In fact I like the look of at least 50% of the trousers on the M&S site, what is happening?!

@noodlezoodle oooh lovely! Well you can wear them with literally everything! What colour did you go for? If you have Pinterest it's great for getting outfit inspiration- just search for DM's outfit ideas.

NoodleZoodle I also have a couple of pairs of the M & S straight leg joggers (misnomer really, they are lounging around the house trousers). At only £12.50 a pair they are a bargain and very comfy for days in the house. And they do them in "long" which I totally need so am pleased.

@Londonborncatty hush friends status is a randomly awarded thing that gets you free premium delivery. None of us know how we got it ( some people who buy much more than me have it) but we cherish the fast deliveries! It goes at same time and returns afterwards

@Londonborncatty Hush friends are people who have bought an awful lot of Hush and get free next day delivery (although not during sales) and early access to sales as a result.

So many typos, it goes at sale time and some people who buy more than me *dont' have it

I'm not sure I'm buying anything in the hush sale, there was only one thing I really craved and the discount is too small.
