talk to me about nose piercing and pain

Hi

After thinking about it for a long time ive decided i would like to get my nose pierced, however for some reason I cant seem to get past how painful it will be. Im in my 30's, had my ears pierced 3 times each side, have had children but have an irrational fear of nose piercing. Ive done my research on where to get it done and I even drove there today but couldnt go in. Thing is i know it will look fab, im just not sure why I find the thought of it so bad.

Someone please be honest, how painful is it and did anyone else feel this way?

When I had mine done it didn’t hurt at all but my eye on that side watered, a bit like when you’re eyes water after a sneeze.

Had mine redone in January. Very quick and my lovely piercer used freeze spray.

Easy healing as well. Honestly a straight forward piercing. Just keep it clean and don't touch it too much and you shouldn't have any problems
