I hate my body

I hate my arms

The prospect of dress shopping has been making me feel physically ill

I felt good in this though

Las Vegas wedding so I didn't want a massive fluffy thing - even though most of them are beautiful

You look fabulous OP. I have PCOS and it's not easy to keep on top of it.

I’m a bit pissed so haven’t read all the posts but there’s nothing at all wrong with your arms or body! The dress is lovely on you but if you wanted to you could accentuate them a lot more and still look lovely.

. Why on Earth would it not be Church appropriate? Don't be stupid. It looks beautiful, the OP looks perfect in it and it is a million times better than the ubiquitous strapless dresses that are worn in Church. Now they are inappropriate.

Also, practise standing and walking with confidence, roll your shoulders up (breathe in) back and down (breathe out), and stand proud!

Just standing like this will make you feel more confident and it will become habit

Lovely dress and you look gorgeous in it. Beware the stick on bra if your wedding is somewhere hot, the glue on mine melted in the heat, not pleasant! Get cups sewn in instead. Have a fantastic wedding.
