Completely agree @Spudlet

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 30/09/2019 21:27

Royal adjacent Misha Nonoo wedding dress.
I think it is okay. Not keen on that weird fabric necklace / high neck.
Looks better in colour; you can see the fabric is quite delicate.

Pieceofpurplesky · 30/09/2019 21:28

I love that wedding dress and the choker.

QueenOfTheAndals · 30/09/2019 21:32

It has a vaguely Tudor look to it but I'd prefer it without the choker. Did Misha design it herself?

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 30/09/2019 21:35

Yes, she designed it. It was on her Instagram apparently but I cribbed the photos from the DM.
I was thinking she looked a bit Anne Boleyn with that neckline.
She just needed one of Kate’s padded headbands for the full look.

frugalkitty · 30/09/2019 21:36

The wedding dress is a thumbs down from me I'm afraid. Looks like a Halloween fabric type costume even though it must have cost a small fortune

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 30/09/2019 21:39

I don't like it. Too much chest interest for a wedding dress!

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 30/09/2019 21:41

Her first wedding dress ( from her first marriage for comparison)
And just out of interest; her natural hair colour. I must say she has a good colourist for her shade of blonde.

She looks a bit like Gabriella Windsor, doesn't she?

OP posts:
QueenOfTheAndals · 30/09/2019 21:43

Or at least she does when she's blonde!

I really don’t like very “booby”wedding dresses!

AudacityOfHope · 30/09/2019 21:44

Oh her first dress was much nicer! Not keen on the squashed boobs/choker combo Confused

paradyning · 30/09/2019 21:52

Wow I think she looks like the Topshop heiress with brown hair there.

AdaColeman · 30/09/2019 21:52

Her first dress is much prettier, the second one looks too tight on her, and though I'm sure the fabric cost a fortune (cut work?) it's got a look of French net curtains to me. Not keen on the choker either.

issano · 30/09/2019 21:56

I love the shape and neckline but dislike the fabric, it's too much like a couple of white sundresses I own.

BlingLoving · 30/09/2019 21:58

I liked the wedding dress but feel it's a bit too low - in the first pic I honestly thought there was a risk of a nipple popping out.

Overall though, it's lovely. Not my style t all, but i think it's gorgeous and, importantly, flattering.

AppleKatie · 30/09/2019 21:58

It’s a bit transparent on the boobs? Not a good wedding look imo.

Squashed up and the choker is a bit overly sexual somehow as well. Which is bizarre with a dress that apparently covers so much. I’m not a fan.

NoTheresa · 30/09/2019 21:59

The “booby” wedding dress is weird. But no less weird than the virginal Ellie Goulding’s trussed up affair was.

Disfordarkchocolate · 30/09/2019 22:04

I like the dress but it doesn't fit, very nearly gives her 4 breasts!!

DevonUkelele · 30/09/2019 22:05

I don't think Bea will get married in Italy.

She's the Queen's granddaughter and still ninth in line to the throne.

HM (and definitely the DofE) don't travel overseas anymore. They will want/have to be there.

Nah - st George's Chapel for Bea, or maybe that Scottish one where Zara got married?

AppleKatie · 30/09/2019 22:09

I agree Windsor or at a push Scotland.

Possibly small family wedding for the queen and then big Italian party though.

paradyning · 30/09/2019 22:11

York minster?

QueenOfTheAndals · 30/09/2019 22:25

I think Windsor is most likely. Or maybe the chapel at St James' Palace? I think Beatrice lived there at one point.

Shallow I know, but I’m over M re-wearing and appearing in casual. I feel a need for a burst of Dior or Givenchy to sort out my fash chakras.

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 30/09/2019 22:30

Windsor. So HM and the DoE can be back home with their slippers on in the shortest possible time.Grin
