Wedding guest outfit

I’m invited to a wedding in another country (it’s not a destination wedding the couple live there.) can’t afford anything new so trying to reuse an old outfit.

Which one do you prefer? If none I can borrow a navy midi dress from my sister which may be better. Ignore the sock Blush

The second one is lovely, it really suits you. I think the first one is a bit too short for a wedding.

Thanks everyone. I didn’t want to feel too over done especially as I don’t know the couple and didn’t know if number 2 was too much when I’d like to just blend into the background and unsure about the culture and whether they go very fancy for weddings (it’s not really an English speaking country).

But I guess it will have to be number 2 after this!

I like the first one. The second one is a bit formal. You look amazing in them both. I'd have to quiz someone to find out how formal the wedding is.
