I’ve just bought these from M&S. I’m not a biker or chunky boots person really but I love them and they look fab with tight trousers for work:

I'm not. The knee boots from Clarke's in 2013 are stiil ok for another year. The M&S dainty suede lace up ankle boots c2016 are still fab.

Neither particularly expensive. Both brilliant x

They are John Lewis own brand. I also brought a pair of Dune black brogues but can't decide if I will get the wear out of them & to just stick with the boots

Every year I buy the Sainsbury's tan brogues. They don't last but they're £20 and comfortable as anything. Hope they have them again this year.

Well no, I’m definitely going to get some Chelsea boots. But that’s supposed to be it as it’s all I really need.

What I actually *want^ is to buy a beautiful, striking pair of square toed, slim boots with a fabulous heel.

I have to say I love weather for boots. Not a massive fan of sandals and open toed footwear.

Are heels like this considered dated now as I quite like them.

I've got these, I love Fly boots because the heel is perfect for my dodgy back.

Best boots I ever had were LKB black ankle boots. Just perfectly formed. Circa 2002. About £150! But so many compliments and just lush. Their stuff just doesn't do it now :(.

I have just noticed a price drop for the darker pair on the River Island site. Tempted, but I don't really need any more mid blue jeans

If I buy boots this year (I probably won't though) they would be really loudly patterned and OTT. I have safe, comfortable boots in black, grey, tan, burgundy and stone.
