Morning ! I am feeling rather shamefaced this morning, I cannot resist a Toast sale it seems, even when I am trying not to spend.
but now i think I may have ordered the velvet trousers in a too large size ( forgot that they often run large) Shall I compound the damage by ordering smaller? .. I got the 14 ,(thinking I am a bit porky right now), but maybe I should the 12..

I do hope they dont add more stuff , there is so much more I would like.. !!

never yes thank you, hmm on me they would be full length & even then to long with flat shoes, it’s such a pain being this short nothing blooming fits 😢

Right I’ve ordered the velvet trousers in blue in a 12. I hope they fit as 10 were ooo in any case in both colours and they look flowy so hopefully if they’re a bit generous that won’t matter...it’ll be perfect with my tux jacket for evenings out and I’m quite happy to wear velvet in daytime with a woolly jumper so here’s hoping they fit and not too long or generous. In which case the Hush slinky skirt is going right back 👌

Snap laska! They say they’re a cropped length so you should be fine whereas it’ll be touch and go with me...

@laska, the reviews say they runs small? Not sure though

I have ordered them in a 12 now and maybe the green also because the colour is also nice . thinking on it they prob would be too big in the larger. I did get the rust cords in a 14 yesterday though because of the fitted waist and the reviews saying it is a tad neat

I have added insult to injury. I ordered both the skirt and the trousers both in green. The skirt in a 10 and the trousers in a 12.

..and lots of things are set to go back!!!

I think the green for me is less dressy and a bit 'gothy' Suits me fine :)

DH laughs at me in my sz S Blue linen Japanese trousers that I bought in the summer sale because we could both get in them!! (but i love them , but indoors only)

I bought the but black white ones in Xs !! and have worn those quite happily to work

Do you think so laska? I could try the green in an 8 but seeing never is happy with the 12 it may be that 12 will be fine? I’m finding my Hush 12 jeans okay but now need a belt and for elasticated skirts trousers I definetely need a 10.
But an 8 in Toast??

well on the website most reviews are saying true to size and on the small side. I would probably have purchased the 10 but its not available. I reckon for me the 8 would be too small but you are a 10 on the bottom so maybe you should go for the 8?

I can't wait to see all this velvet on you all! So tempted to order the jumpsuit but I already spent £148 in the Toast sale already!
Soy yes I'd go for an 8 or a 10 if I were you. I've bought things in a 12 from them to accommodate my thighs but they've always been a loose fit

I think both the skirt and the trousers are small on the waist according to reviews.
