What did we all think ? I love it personally it think it was very her 💕

Probably the worst I’ve seen for long time. Ill fitting, frumpy, too plain and old fashioned (but not in a good way)

It looks like something her mum threw together actually, f. I keep looking at it wondering if once the church doors closed behind her she took it off to reveal to the guests the real one underneath!

I bought a jumper shirt combo thingy in Matalan yesterday, it has the pie crust collar, I must confess I am not sure about it, but it is clearly on the fashion designers radars if she had it on her dress.

I looked in the mirror and thought hmm all you need is a black velvet Alice band..I have just googled and blow me they are a thing.

So maybe she (and I are ahead of the curve ball.

Yes, the photo showing her with the bridesmaids just makes me think of the Handmaid’s Tale somehow.

I absolute wedding dresses that try to be “sexy” but I hate the opposite like that. Do you think she was trying to look classy? Meghan M’s dress was plain but beautifully cut, gorgeous fabric and it didn’t look frumpy.

I like the fabric with the appliqué but think the style is a bit dowdy and it doesn’t look a brilliant fit. John Sentamu looks festive though!

It seems odd for a late summer wedding. I guess it would have been difficult to predict the weather, but with her wealth I would have thought she'd have had two different dresses made to cover all eventualities.

I get what she was going for, and generally like the style, but the collar is hideous, it's badly fitted and unflattering.

Do people who get lip fillers realise how obvious they are? Doesn't that defeat the idea?

I think the idea of lip fillers now is to look fake though.

yeah lip fillers confuse me as people always say they can look
natural but how come celebs can't achieve that look.

I remember reading an interview with Ellie where she said something about having to be careful what make up she wears as she has quite big lips, I just thought why don't you get less filler then?

It’s awful. It screams 80s Laura Ashley, and the high neck, long sleeves and heavy fabric are a really odd choice for an August wedding.

Loved James Blunt’s wife’s hat though.

Looks like an Amish wedding dress.

And I wondered if Katy Perry was pregnant.

Love it, love the style, it was beautifully demure.

Anything different to the white strapless, bit of sparkle uniform wedding dress is beautiful.

I also wonder if there was some weird “high neckline” dress code rule as so many of the female guests had high neck dresses on! But I guess that’s the current fashion.
