I always love reading these type of threads for enabling inspiration.

I bought three basic t shirts from H&M recently - red and white stripe, mustard and grey. I love them ALL. They have slightly rounded hems which are more flattering on my shape (size 12 apple). And they were only a few quid each. I've been wearing them with denim shorts.

I'm also loving the No 7 Hydraluminous foundation which I tried and bought after seeing it mentioned on here.

I'm in the market for a longline, light grey cardigan for autumn if anyone has bought one recently?

I also recently bought this cardigan from Topshop (now reduced to £20 Envy) and it's perfect for autumn. I normally wear black / grey so it's a nice bit of colour. I've had lots of compliments already.

@pieeye I have that TopShop cardigan in charcoal grey. I also love mine but unfortunately mine was £29 not reduced!

Damn you! I was on course not to buy any clothes for a while and I’ve just bought that Topshop cardigan.

this skirt from h&m - despite swearing I would not wear a pleated midi, I just fell in love with this one the moment I saw it. Scroll down on the page to get a better look - although it was styled much better on the mannequin in the shop. Wearing it with a slouchy navy jumper at present, will be wearing with ankle boots when the weather gets colder.

A secondhand Alexander McQueen skull ring off ebay.
I am very excited.
I plan to wear it with the red and black stripy jumper my friend's mum knitted me. It looks just like the Dior one, and is also new.

Bit of a surprise purchase in Boots. I wanted a paleish pink (warm) eyeshadow anyway but was going in for calamine lotion which that small branch does not stock. On my way out looed at the eyeshadows. They had a trio - two pinkish ones I went to purchase one and she said it was buy 3 for 2 . I ummed and aahed and she produced a money off Boots voucher as well so I get 3 for a bargain price. Yipee. I got the pink blossom, the rose gold and a bluey green one. They are just the colours I wanted. So fed up of all the beiges and browns!

looked not looed!

Sorry, I know to some Mumsnetters they are the very devil but Primark-
Navy v neck cardigan - ok, looks cheap with the gold buttons but if I was that bothered I could change them. Of course it is not cashmere or wool (couldn't wear either), it is Polyester and thin enough that I don't get hot, but just enough to keep the chill off. Also their trainer socks and ankle socks.

Plus as on another thread, I am praising their foundation!
