Ignore the styling, I wouldn't wear this as an outfit. The tunic has a good length to it so would wear with skinny jeans or leggings and boots probably

neveradullmoment99 · 06/08/2019 22:02

Its a beautiful top @Huff. I love it.

SoyYo · 06/08/2019 23:03

Boho top perfection Huff. Very glad to read you’re keeping! 😍

neveradullmoment99 · 06/08/2019 23:15

Had a little ebay bargain through the post. Poetry linen and silk wide leg trousers in a gorgeous bluish grey New with tags from ebay. Guess how much? £20!!!

dontcallmelen · 07/08/2019 07:49

Soy oh my thanks for the heads up😂
Huff beautiful top, love it.
never wow what a bargain, they sound really lovely.
Will post pic when I get a moment.

Laska2Meryls · 07/08/2019 08:42

Hooray just nabbed a Paula skirt with theextra 10 off. Its a 12, hope it s ok I usually like to size up in the Santana type skirts ( for more swish!)

Laska2Meryls · 07/08/2019 08:53

I have the yellow T soy it loks great with the Navy Santana (the one with the with the side stripe );
Love the tunic huff so gorgeous
Len fingers crossed for the new rental, it must have been hectic at yours
Never trousers sound great
Not I liked the green hoodie too but haven't,
Wearing thr Toast wife leg trousers again today and Hush raw linen top today, Im so pleased with the trousers despite the drop crotch.. ( am owning the weirdness) ...
Cherries hope the course is going well, and you are getting somewhere with Toast

NotAnActualSheep · 07/08/2019 09:35

Oh, that's gorgeous huff. The sleeves are fab, and it looks so drapey 😍. I agree it would look amazing with skinnies/leggings. Even though £££ I think it's worth keeping, especially as you are being so Halo with everything else...

never - bargain indeed! I have some poetry linen (and something else?) wide legs and they are beautiful. Such good quality and look really elegant. I wish they were a tiiiiny bit bigger on the waist, though... But that's definitely my problem rather than the trousers.. Grin.

laska glad you grabbed the skirt! Did you buy that earlier and send back? Or was that the top in the same fabric? I'm confused. Anyway, I saw someone a few weeks ago wearing the skirt and she looked amazing. It's really pretty.

I like the idea of wife leg trousers (for legs belonging to wives?) GrinWink. Yy, own the weirdness... I have the Japanese-style paper bag denim culotte things, and they are realllly weird and a bit drop-crotchy, but I love them (bugger to iron though as it turns out... I think I need to buy a steamer so I can pretend I work in a fancy boutique place..)

Laska2Meryls · 07/08/2019 10:06

Wife trousers !! 🤣. My usual fat fingers on tiny phone keyboard, ( I really should check back!).
Yes I did send the Paula back earlier in the season, i have the top , it looed nice together, if this one fits ok I will probably shorten it, as I don't really wear maxis any other time but on holiday

twosoups1972 · 07/08/2019 10:07

Lovely tunic @Huffthepuff what is Stitchfix?

Laska2Meryls · 07/08/2019 10:28

Seriously twosoups you dont want to know.... ££££😂

Huffthepuff · 07/08/2019 10:42

Haha yes Soups it's a very dangerous road to go down. It's a subscription stylist service.
I've set my next box to arrive in 3 months time. My hope is that if I have it delivered less frequently I can afford to keep more of the contents. Although I am going to order the Mango blouse that I returned as it's in the sale for £12.99 on the Mango website (rather than full price of £49.99 through Stitchfix)

neveradullmoment99 · 07/08/2019 13:52

@NotAnActualSheep - Exactly that. They are quite small on the waist. Fine when they are on but was a bit of a battle getting them by the good old hips.

neveradullmoment99 · 07/08/2019 13:55

The paula skirt will be fine in the 12 if you are a 14 atm. Mine is a 10. The 12 on me was a bit too much material for my liking. I will show you my recent purchase @Laska. I like everything I have got. Need to edit the photos.

Just been reading up on Stitchfix, never knew such a service existed. Can totally see the spending danger! Who else ok her uses it? Can you specify what sort of items you want?

I ordered a couple of things from Baukjen as I had a voucher to spend. They are going straight back when I get home and have no idea how to spend the voucher.

It’s a bit overcast here today. We are relaxing by the pool and might head down to the beach soon.

I’m going to have a proper look at all your latest purchases later. @Ellapaella hope you’re also having a lovely holiday.

twosoups1972 · 07/08/2019 14:12

*on here

NotAnActualSheep · 07/08/2019 14:21

I'm not getting sucked into stitchfix. Sounds like a lovely service, and they have sent huff some really nice stuff - but I can do enough damage to my credit card when left to my own devices. I don't need someone else actively sending me stuff to try Grin . Good idea to have it as a 2 or 3 month service rather than every month though - I'd just get overwhelmed if it was every month! (I have a perfume delivery every month, and though I really like getting it through the door, it's beginning to stress me that I have looooooads of these tiny little bottles and haven't got through some from months ago...they are only supposed to last about a week - but the last few have been double the amount that I paid for and I feel like I'm drowning in a little perfume lake.)

Good idea to shorten it laska - wonder if they will do shorter skirts in that fabric for A/W? It would look lovely as a ruched knee length or shorter skirt (like the zebra one, or the green leopard they did last winter) with thick tights and boots.

never - I read the reviews and they all said they were generous, so I sized down. They are fine on the hips for me - but oddly small on the waist. Didn't notice til I sat down Blush . My tummy hasn't increased that much.

NotAnActualSheep · 07/08/2019 14:24

Good about the Paula sizing never I didn't know you had it..
Love the new purchases, the jumpsuit especially..

Laska2Meryls · 07/08/2019 14:38

Ithik when I ordered it before I got the 14 but didn't keep it.. actually it was a bit lumpy on me, hopefully the 12 will be good.
Not I think shorter with the top will look good, and will def get more wear
