Mine came today because I’m a sheep.

I was expecting to send it back, but it’s actually fabulous.

Comfy, cool and it looks great with a pair of trainers. I’m actually thinking of getting another, because it’s white and I’m bound to knacker it.

I haven't but only cos I'm pregnant and I think I'll look like a frump! I am tempted though... what's so great about it?!

Have you seen @myboyfriendhatesmyclothes on insta? She dyed hers and it looks great!

Judashascomeintosomemoney · 16/07/2019 23:25

What’s the sizing like? I like it and I’ve got a ‘thing’ coming up soon. I live in the arse end of nowhere so I’m hoping that I might even be the only one wearing it 😂. Just not sure what size to go for.

ilovecherries · 16/07/2019 23:25

I bought mine months ago, around Easter (I’m a trend-setter, obviously). Although I’ve never actually seen anyone else wear it irl, I’m a little paranoid that I will find myself on the hot4thespot insta account now.

ilovecherries · 16/07/2019 23:27

judas, I’m a size 12 and mine is a medium. It’s washed well, no bobbling or shrinking. But I hope you don’t live in MY arse end of nowhere!

mamalovebird · 16/07/2019 23:30

I bought it on the back of a thread on here. It is lovely. I'm a 12/14 and bought a M & L - the M is slightly more fitted (but not fitted, just skimming) whereas the L is more smock-like. Not sure which one to keep atm, might keep both. Hangs really well.

Pinkarsedfly · 16/07/2019 23:32

I’m a 14 and I got the L. I was concerned it would look like a maternity smock, but somehow it doesn’t.

I particularly love the three quarter sleeves. If it had pockets it would be perfect.

ilovecherries · 16/07/2019 23:34

Yes, all it needs is pockets - although I guess they might show through and annoy me. But essentially it’s just about the most comfortable thing I have ever owned.

InglouriousBasterd · 16/07/2019 23:37

What’s the material like?

Brandyb · 16/07/2019 23:39

Link anyone?

Pinkarsedfly · 16/07/2019 23:41

The material is kind kind of floppy. It hangs really well.

Thanks pink!

I fell for all the hype & bought one online. I felt like I was wearing a tent. It's not a very nice fabric & it was also a bit see-through. It went back.

YesThisIsMe · 16/07/2019 23:52

I’ve just been out to the theatre. “Spotted” three women of various ages wearing it on my way back from theatre to Tube. They all looked pretty good - comfy, cool and happy. Three years ago it would have been a ludicrous look unless you were actually on a catwalk, but now the fact that it’s Fashionista Approved means that it magically looks great.

Now I know you can dye it I’m quite tempted.

Pinkarsedfly · 16/07/2019 23:54

Yes, I’m tempted to buy one and dye it.

Maybe a dark pink. Or green.

I've only just discovered this thanks to this thread. In love. I've always loved spots - well polka dots - and this is everything.

Am I missing something? It's minging!

GodDammitAmy · 17/07/2019 00:05

Not for shortarses I would imagine!

Judystilldreamsofhorses · 17/07/2019 00:43

I have it, annoyingly I bought it ages ago before it was A Thing! I don’t usually wear such smock-y things but really like it. I am a size 10 and mine is M, I think the S would be neat on the shoulders.

AquaPris · 17/07/2019 01:32

At least 7 people in my office have it 😂

BoronationStreet · 17/07/2019 01:34

Wtf...it's an absolute disaster of a dress. Confused

Theseptemberissues · 17/07/2019 07:14

I bought I as I’m also a fashion sheep... I’m 5ft.. it looked ludicrous! I don’t know what I was thinking

YesThisIsMe · 17/07/2019 08:18

To be frank septemberissues, I don’t know what you were thinking either Grin. I’m 5’3” and a night’s sleep has given me the clarity to see that this is Not For Me.

YesThisIsMe · 17/07/2019 08:21

I think Zara should install one of those height measures from Alton Towers in their changing rooms, at around 5’6”.
“You must be at least this tall to go on this ride.”
