Not my favourite ever outfit on her but I do think she looks good! She was there cheering on her friend, not necessary to get all glammed up when not going to the Royal Box.

RaymondReddington · 04/07/2019 21:30

Megan had her baby less than 2 months ago. Archie is 7 weeks old still. If she wants to wear jeans, she can wear jeans!

It wouldn't surprise me if they're her maternity jeans.

I think she looks amazing.

Carrying the additional weight suits her.

White jacket looks nice and smartens up, an otherwise casual outfit.

She's not on royal duties, she's watching her friend play her match.

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 04/07/2019 21:35

I don't think those ladies can be the godparents, seeing as they are sitting either side of a well known member of the RF at a public and highly televised event. You just wouldn't do that would you if privacy was important to you?

SenecaFalls · 04/07/2019 21:40

I think she looks great. And very happy.

Spudlet · 04/07/2019 21:45

She looks great. Not a fright in any way shape or form!

queenofarles · 04/07/2019 21:46

Very dated look I must agree, I personally hate the rolled sleeve blazer look,

QueenOfTheAndals · 04/07/2019 21:53

Colour me shocked!

Woah, Charlene, that is not a good look. But I love her hair; she still manages to look very chilled.

Meghan I thought looked gorgeous today; she is carrying any baby weight really well, and as usual her make up is immaculate.

Thanks for the lip notice too, I'm off to get some! I would love to look more polished and simple lippy like that looked lovely on Kate.

queenofarles · 04/07/2019 22:05

Come on Queen , are we not allowed to say our opinion Wink, some like it, others don’t. Different strokes for different folks.

frugalkitty · 04/07/2019 22:06

Those Clarins lip balm things in the tubes are lovely, I've got a couple. I thought Meghan looked fine today but again, how is she not melting in the heat???? The baby weight really suits her and as ever, her make up is lovely.

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 04/07/2019 22:09

She looks fine. Not great, not awful, but fine for someone out with two friends for a day's tennis watching. She won't be the only one there in jeans.

Im slightly surprised at people acting like she's doing well to get herself dressed (assuming she does). She had Archie seven weeks ago, not yesterday. I was back in my jeans within weeks after my first baby. Second and third, not so much...

Notmyrealname855 · 04/07/2019 22:15

There’s a question... how is her makeup not melting?! MM give us your makeup tips!

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 04/07/2019 22:19

She's wearing far too much blusher/shading to me. Kate used to do the same. It's camera ready make up but doesn't look at all natural. Am I the only one who can see it?

JaimeBronde · 04/07/2019 22:26

That skirt on Charlene makes me think she's working in a butchers/grocers shop circa late 19th Century, like this

AMillionMugsNoTeabags · 04/07/2019 22:29

Nope, you’re not the only one; far, far too much blusher/shaded for my taste too. She seems to have coloured her entire cheeks a really obvious “makeup” colour rather than subtle enhancement... but tbf I’m probably massively out of step with make-up fashion

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 04/07/2019 22:51

Meghan wearing the jacket in Oz last year.
It is a bit snug, but she’d get slammed for buying a new one.
I think she’s just wearing a long jacket as she’s just put a bit of weight on around her hips/ thighs.
She’s probably slim in real life, eg a size 12 as opposed to 8.(pre pregnancy size)

Muted Max

ElspethFlashman · 04/07/2019 22:53

That is one ugly ass jacket.

But it covers a multitude and between that and the black top, it was clearly the point. And it actually did the job well from that perspective as her body was quite obscured.

Notmyrealname855 · 04/07/2019 22:57

Max.... gets a pass. Her smile is amazing, but why the muted colours Max?!

Wildorchidz · 04/07/2019 22:58

She looks an absolute fright.

And you sound like an absolute cow,

Quintella · 04/07/2019 23:04

I think what may look like too much blusher is actually shadows on her face from the loose bits of hair, rather than a heavy hand with the bronzer.

Myimaginarycathasfleas · 04/07/2019 23:20

No I don't think it's just shadows, @Quintella. I'm looking at TuppenceTwo's post yesterday at 19:07.

latedecember1963 · 04/07/2019 23:29

I really like Meghan's look at Wimbledon today. She looks healthy and happy and is enjoying an afternoon out with her friends.
Her look today would be more aspirational and attainable for my nieces, who are her age and are new mums, than some of the more formal outfits often seen at these events.

beanaseireann · 04/07/2019 23:53

I thought Meghan looked great today.
As did Carole Middleton and Kate at Wimbledon too.
