The only public I can think of with a figure like mine (short, booby, belly) is Susan Calman and I don’t like her style much. In a perfect world I’d be built like the Duchess of Sussex and then I could have her wardrobe. I love the way she can look as good in jeans and a shirt as a beautiful dress.

Down thread I mentioned Gemma Arterton but she is wearing a baglady outfit at some event yesterday, seriously bad. I am switching to Jennifer Anniston!

I think phossy that none of her clothes are cheap! Balmain jackets, YSL jeans, loads of Isabel Marant. Etc. They're all very well cut. Although allegedly she does wear topshop jeans.

@PhossyJaw Emmanuel's Alt's DH is creative director for Isabel Marant, I agree she seems to have a uniform of blazers, leather jackets, jeans and leather trousers but her clothes are cut beautifully and are good quality, I think she looks interesting and uses great accessories.

I have long coveted Harriet Vane’s cloth of gold wedding dress. And suspect she probably had a lot of fun with clothes once she became Lady Peter and had limitless money.

More recently the wardrobe of Kathryn Villiers (Helen McCrory) in MotherFatherSon made me gasp with awe and envy.
