Jo Malone - surprise gift?

Does anyone know if Jo Malone is doing the surprise gift again soon? I know it's normally around this time and I normally get a good gift.

I hate paying over £100 for a perfume but make exceptions for this

Funnily enough I’ve just been on their site and seen a notice about a thing coming up! 🤗 have been waiting all year. £70 spend this time, and I think it might be free candles / home stuff. Which is great, because I have my eye on a bottle of cedar wood and juniper and I love JM candles 🙌

I think it said that it starts in seven days’ time... just have to wait!

Argh I’ve been waiting all year too. I was wondering if I should ask here. I 1st discovered the ‘game’ on Mn despite being a JM fan for well over 10 yrs it had completely passed me by!

I was wondering when the next of these might be 👍🏻. Can anyone remind me how you set up private browsing (on safari preferably). I managed to do it in the end last time but I’ve totally forgotten what it is you need to do?

I want to get another bottle of Juniper and Black Cedarwood which I love and see what gifts are on offer this time round.

Does the perfume last? I have found a few perfumes that are expensive and I love the scent but they disappear on my skin within 20 minutes.

mimibunz some seem to last longer than others. My best for staying power are the Juniper and Black Cedarwood, Peony and Suede Blush and Dark Amber and Gingerlily. The least on me is Wild Bluebell and Honeysuckle and Davana. I don’t know if it varies from person to person though 🤔.

Oh and the English Oak and Hazelnut didn’t last well on me at either which put me off getting it even though I really liked it.

Mimibunz it defo depends on the scent. I’ve found that all the ones I’ve tried have lasted well on me except wood sage and sea salt 😭 which is such a shame as it would probably be my fave.

£70?!

The last time they did this, all the free gifts were the shite that didn't sell last season. It was crap. And yet JM continue to heap free gifts upon 'influencers'.

When they first did this there was just a minimum spend of £30

Yes it’s annoying that they keep increasing the spend. The freebies will have to be more than a 15ml shower gel to get people to spend I think!

It’s a bit naughty of them. Presumably they’ve collected lots of email addresses from that box, they’ll have to flow through surely?! Come on JM! Really want to order but I know the moment I do the offer will probably pop up.
