Jo Malone - surprise gift?

Evening all?
Does anyone know if Jo Malone is doing the surprise gift again soon? I know it's normally around this time and I normally get a good gift.

I hate paying over £100 for a perfume but make exceptions for this

I use the shower oil in the bath rather than shower, I think it’s lovely that way and lasts ages ☺️

absolutely love the showers oils, very moisturising and well scented.

Whats peony and blush shower oil like? They dont seem to sell it anymore is that why its my gift?

didn't buy peony shower oil, i had nectarine. i have the regular peony body and hand wash and its so nice, strangely, i find it more floral and less apple but still sweet just like the cologne which i also have. i dont know how top/middle/base notes work for shower gels - its still so unlike anything i've tried and i'm on my 3rd or 4th bottle of it since i discovered jo malone a couple of years ago

Thanks Virginia I had a grapefruit in set of mini's years ago, forgotten what it's like.

I have to step away now. I managed to win the Sea Salt and Sage cologne and I remember my sister liking it in the shop. She has a birthday next month so i bought her it with the shower gel and LBM spray.

I doubt they will add anything else now (please god) so, thats me done. I can sit back and wait for my deliveries now.

I haven't managed to get a free 100 ml since the first couple of days of the promotion. The minimum spend is so high now that I don't want anything less as my freebie.

The grapefruit is lovely, very delicate and summery ... Sadly I'm not that delicate or summery!

I’m so annoyed. Got a 100ml Amber and Lavender EDC, went to my basket, and got an error message saying item removed and it was gone.

And it’s happened again!

Wonder if they’ll do anything if I email to complain?

@vodsel I kept getting that with Red Roses. I figured there was a glitch where they’d run out but it was still coming up on the prizes pop up.

They’ve added peony and blush 30ml. I know that’s a popular scent.

What a rubbish offer! I played the last game and that was better but this time I got a 100 ml Amber cologne and when I tried to put in the basket it came up with an error (twice!) I got onto JM earlier today and they said it was out of stock and as per their T&C's its subject to availability. She told me to try again but by then of course all the more attractive products had gone.

My point back to them was that is WAS available and its funny how it only applied to the more expensive gifts. Told them they were misleading their customers and have sent in a formal complaint.

It would apply to the more expensive gifts because they are the ones which have gone out of stock first. It has been running for several days. I was offered several 100 ml bottles in the first couple of days. Due to the high minimum spend I would only have considered spending if I got the complimentary £94 cologne and I'm sure that many other customers did the same.

I’ve stocked up on several 100mls but that’s because I was watching obsessively for it to start and then pounced as soon as it did 😂. I think these promotions are great and I’m already looking forward to the next one - I’m very happy with my freebies although ever so slightly guilty too of my binge 😬. That said I have sorted out several Christmas presents already.

same here, watched daily and played 1st-3rd day. as soon as a 100/ml came up - i filled basket. i think 100 mls had gone by saturday morning. it only seems worth it if a free item is worth more than or equal to the min spend.

@VirginiaWolfHall glad I’m not the only one! I’ve truly stocked up. To be fair it’s all stuff I use or gift. It’s a great promotion and I certainly wouldn’t have discovered several new products or made a purchase from JM without the promo (Mainly because I already had a stash to use up as I couldn’t stand any perfumes when pregnant so that’s been 18months of usage I’ve missed!).
