Which perfume is your go-to lately?

I'm 30 and I was using Olympia by paco rabanne (vanilla-ish) in the colder months but have now switched to juicy coutures new eau de toilette 'rock the rainbow' (light and fruity). I've also been using a little of of shaun mendezs as I have a couple of testers.

For dates/nights out ect... I always wear Armani code (the original blue one) because I think it's quite a seductive scent and because I love it :)

Do you have any favourite perfumes? What has been your go-to perfume this season?

Day - Gucci bloom or Chloe
Evening- molecule 1

purplecorkheart · 08/05/2019 22:55

Jo Malone Peony and Blush is my usual scent but recently got a gift of Burberry weekend which I love to.

LadyOfTheCanyon · 10/05/2019 23:42

Current favourite is a dupe of Green Sapphire by Boadicea the victorious. It's wonderfully woody.

Also Dans tes Bras, by FM. I've never smelt heliotrope in a perfume like this one. As I'm a florist, I notice floral smells more than any other and so many perfumes seem "off" to me as a result. Don't get me started on mimosa. But this is note perfect.

I'm also finishing a bottle of Origins Ginger which is delicious and bracing.

Chanel - Allure

Something from Haeckels for day - Reculver is my favourite but I also love Botany Bay and Walpole Bay. If it's sunny, Dirty Honey from 4160 Tuesdays, which smells exactly like the name!

For evening, maybe Midnight in the Palace Gardens (4160 Tuesdays again) which is just one of the most beautiful perfumes I've ever smelled - oudh, citrus, coffee, orange blossom- or Guerlain's Vol de Nuit (an old favourite)

BiBiBirdie · 11/05/2019 10:33

D&G Light Blue, very nice, fresh scent.

Elllllle · 11/05/2019 13:25

OxanaVorontsova · 11/05/2019 21:14

Just gone back to Chloe (the original) after a few years away, love it

Lilac3 · 11/05/2019 21:20

Lady Million, Paco Rabanne

I got it in the Debenhams advent beauty calendar at Christmas and I just love it

Supersimpkin · 11/05/2019 21:26

Jo loves Thai Coriander with a twist of lime - frrrrrrressssh

Primark's insanely good Lime & Basil & Mandarin fake, just as good and not 100 quid a bottle.

La Chasse au Papillons - Artisan P - famous, this one, explosion of loveliness that ranges from soap to face powder to roses. Everyone comes up and sniffs you.

WatchingTheWheels85 · 12/05/2019 07:45

Same as @puppylovebaby gucci bloom or chloe.

beanaseireann · 12/05/2019 09:35

Ellllle
There is a dupe of Tom Fords Patchouli on sale in my local pharmacy. I'll have spray and see how dh reacts Wink

Chopinaround · 12/05/2019 10:40

My ‘collection’ consists of Jo Malone peony and blush sage, dark amber and ginger lily, juniper and Black Cedarwood and Laura Biagiotti Roma for men which has been my signature scent for 30 years, I can’t imagine it as a male fragrance as it’s sweet but I’ve not smelled anything else quite like it and I really love it. It’s subtle and quite hard to describe.

Scoose · 12/05/2019 11:45

Day time - penhaligons Kensington amber or Blenheim bouquet
Night- penhaligons halfeti, vaara or clandestine Clara
I like unisex scents veering on the more masculine side!
