Bras for bigger breasts (32F) & sports bra

I’m now apparently a 32F following having my first child in February

Maybe they’ll shrink a bit more (I was a 32DD before) but I need bras to fit. I got a nice one form Debenhams. Couldn’t find anything nice in M&S.

Any recommendations for nice bras that support a larger breast? I seem to like the balcony / full cup (non padded) style after they were recommended by the lady in Debenhams (I used to go for padded t shirt style)

Also decent sports bra for bigger boobs. I couldn’t the shock absorber ones in my size on!

I am the same size as you and I really rate shock absorber DD+ crop top high impact sports bra. It basically squashes your boobs against you but it’s the only thing I feel confident running etc in!

Bravissimo own brand bras fit me really well, I also like a balconette style so you might find them good too.
