Craving a mandarin/ orange peel scent...

Hello,
That's it really. I'm looking for a mandarin/ orange peel perfume that's not sweet, not too fruity, more like an orange-peel flavoured gin, IYSWIM!
I have come through some tough times and am feeling more positive and want to envelop myself in uplifting smell. :-)
Any bright suggestions? X

Jo Malone Orange Bitters (not to be confused with Orange Blossom).

CoffeeConoisseur beat me to it as I clicked on the thread to recommend testing out Jo Malone orange bitters.

Diptyque Oyedo. A little bit of lime once it starts to dry, but a huge hit of mandarin throughout. Also has great longevity for a citrus scent.

Prada do a mandarin scent. It’s quite light, more like blossom than zest.

Came on to say the Prada Mandarin one too- it's the best one I've tried!

All the Prada Infusions are so lovely, Infusion Mimosa is the most gorgeous flowery hot weather perfume IMO

Shay & Blue Blood Oranges isn't too sweet imo.

My daughter has a scent from Lush called Sun which is actually really lovely - very orange peel. I think it’s £17 for a small ish bottle so much cheaper than these other options!

Jo Malone also has Orange Butterflies in her Jo Loves shop

Dune is mandarin and vanilla. Soft and sweet. I love it.

Hugo boss orange? Not very long lasting thought

I thought Pomelo was more grapefruit rather than orange

Blood Orange Shay &Blue
Atelier Cologne does lots of orangey scents and you used to be able to buy a lovely sample pack of a lot of their fragrances for about £20.
The first two aren't sweet orange fragrances, but sharper. Seville has real lasting power and is quite strong.
If you want something that you can still smell after 5mins avoid Jo Mslones/Jo loves, most of them are colognes (more than 80% water) and last as long as a gnat's piss. Perfume Parlour do great dupes though, which, at about a fiver make it not matter if they aren't so long lasting.

Pomelo is more grapefruit-y

Another vote for Shay and Blue Blood Orange - it's a gorgeous perfume.

Some of the above I have tracked down and some are more elusive. I'm getting through a list and I'll update in time...
I'm finding the main challenge is finding a citrus that is not reminiscent of toilet cleaner/ air freshener. The Shay & Blue sounds great with a backdrop of "charred woods/ leather"... on the case!

Its lovely and citrus- sy and fresh, anything musky gives me a headache but this just cheers me up.

Guerlain acqua allegoria also have mandarin basil which is lovely. Basil adds a bit of edge to the citrus.

I second DKNY, lovely and fresh.

The body shop do a satsuma perfume and it is just like a freshly peeled orange. Its the only one I've found without other floral scents
