Fancy £100 to spend on some new summer FitFlops? 🌞

HannahGMumsnet · 17/04/2019 16:33

Hi everyone,

It's a well known fact that FitFlops have some pretty loyal fans here on Mumsnet for being, among other things, "blissfully comfortable" and "stupidly good."

With warmer weather creeping closer by the day, we want you to tell us which pair of FitFlop shoes you'd choose to compliment your summer wardrobe for the chance to win a £100 voucher. Whether you're jetting off somewhere hot, or your holiday plans comprise a tour of the local play parks with the kids, there's a pair of FitFlops for every occasion.

On Wednesday 1 May, we will pick three lucky winners at random who will each win a £100 voucher to spend on FitFlops of their choice.

To be in with a chance of winning, simply take a look at the FitFlop website and leave a comment letting us know which pair of shoes you would most like to get your hands on and why.

We might add a link into your post if we think it would be helpful to other users.

FitFlop haven’t paid for this thread, but they are supplying the prizes.

Mumsnet carries some affiliate marketing links, so if you buy something through our posts, we may get a small share of the sale (more details here).

The Allegro Rockstud Ballerinas look great for a day that includes children, work and an evening activity too. I can also imagine wearing them for a city break in the spring. I think closed toe styles are really versatile for British spring and summer wear.

pongopig · 17/04/2019 21:59

I really like the Twiss leather slides in blush - they look so nice.

NineteenForever · 17/04/2019 22:05

I'd love a pair of the Barra sandals, the metallic ones are beautiful and look comfy enough for the hot Florida theme parks this summer!

Anothernew1 · 17/04/2019 22:07

I would choose the F-sporty Uberknit as my due date is early May and I could do with some new trainers to try and walk off the excess babyweight whilst getting out and about this summer! Plus the grey/black ones match my pram Grin

BeeFarseer · 17/04/2019 22:09

I pretty much wear FitFlops to the exclusion of all other brands, they suit my feet and my life so much!

I have my eye on the Allegro ballerinas in flowercrush. The print is gorgeous and it's the first FitFlop style I've ever seen with a print. I'm picturing myself wearing these at work (they pass the dress code) and feeling all summery.

TheGirlWithGlassFeet · 17/04/2019 22:12

Ohh probably the Lena or Tia...or Sola Smile

percheron67 · 17/04/2019 22:13

I would really like to have Scallop. They are comfy looking but have a touch of glamour. Also, could wear them in the evening which means I don't have to pack so much for holidays.

HeartZone · 17/04/2019 22:15

Rally for me!
White leather sneakers! .....what’s not to like 😮
Fit flops are fab last years, quality sandals and sneakers.

Balloondog · 17/04/2019 22:19

Lena loafers 👞

QuantumWeatherButterfly · 17/04/2019 22:19

Ah, FitFlops! Saviours of my summer sanity! This year, I have my eye on Barra, in Cognac - simple and classic, with a back strap to keep them on my feet. Perfect!

Coffeecoffeebuzzbuzzbuzz · 17/04/2019 22:20

I really like these www.fitflop.com/uk/en/shop/barely-dotted-snake-leather-back-strap-sandals-p-R87#429

As they’re a bit different to my usual style. I bought a pair of glittery fit flops in the sale last year and wore them all summer- so comfortable!

IM0GEN · 17/04/2019 22:20

It’s the BARELY Snake-Print Leather Back-Strap Sandals for me. The bronze colour will go with everything and the adjustable back strap will keep them on my skinny feet.

And they even come in my size of 6.5! So many companies only make sandals in full sizes.

startalovetrain · 17/04/2019 22:22

My favourites are these:

The Rally ribbon lace leather sneakers (in black!)

Comfortable, supportive shoes are very difficult to find, especially in styles that are modern and I'd be happy to show off. FitFlop are always recommended for those that need a supportive, good quality show without automatically being frumpy old loafers! I'd love this pair so I could get my 10000 steps a day in comfort as well as matching most of my workwear!

JaneyJimplin · 17/04/2019 22:22

I love the Lulu metallic sandals 😍

LemonScentedStickyBat · 17/04/2019 22:28

The Tia, definitely- love the look, and I prefer sandals with a toe post and an ankle strap. They look comfy but elegant.

UpToonGirl · 17/04/2019 22:30

I like the Barra or the Sola, I walk a lot with the children over summer and they look comfy and sturdy. They look good for either the park or the beach.

puglife · 17/04/2019 22:31

The Sola slides look👌. Not tried fit flops before but only heard good things

kateemo · 17/04/2019 22:32

Lulu or Twiss. Love the chunky wedge and peep toe.

Personanongrata80 · 17/04/2019 22:34

I’m loving the look of these white trainers: www.fitflop.com/uk/en/shop/rally-scallop-leather-sneakers-p-U43#194

Seem like they’d be really comfy

starlight36 · 17/04/2019 22:35

The silver Rally look great. I still own a pair of FitFlops I bought when they were first launched and they are going strong. Amazed how slim the Iquishon are now compared to my originals.

Potsie · 17/04/2019 22:37

The Allegro ballerinas in bright pink for me. They look so bright and summery, they’d put a smile on my face every morning!

LifesABeach14 · 17/04/2019 22:38

I've got my heart set on the Silver Crystal Twiss! After 15 years we're just decided to get married on the 31st August and I know these will allow me to dance the night away after the wedding and still look amazing with my dress!

anniejade88 · 17/04/2019 22:43

I would pick the Naia as I think they would be perfect for most outfits

itsabongthing · 17/04/2019 22:44

I’d love the allegro leather ballerinas. Look so comfortable and cold for work, and I love the bright colours. Torn between the pink and the blue.

Livelongandprosper · 17/04/2019 22:45

Naia rock stud sandals for me.
I had my first visit to a podiatrist today and she advised me to buy some fit flop sandals having diagnosed Morton's neuroma in both feet
