Fancy £100 to spend on some new summer FitFlops? 🌞

HannahGMumsnet · 17/04/2019 16:33

Hi everyone,

It's a well known fact that FitFlops have some pretty loyal fans here on Mumsnet for being, among other things, "blissfully comfortable" and "stupidly good."

With warmer weather creeping closer by the day, we want you to tell us which pair of FitFlop shoes you'd choose to compliment your summer wardrobe for the chance to win a £100 voucher. Whether you're jetting off somewhere hot, or your holiday plans comprise a tour of the local play parks with the kids, there's a pair of FitFlops for every occasion.

On Wednesday 1 May, we will pick three lucky winners at random who will each win a £100 voucher to spend on FitFlops of their choice.

To be in with a chance of winning, simply take a look at the FitFlop website and leave a comment letting us know which pair of shoes you would most like to get your hands on and why.

We might add a link into your post if we think it would be helpful to other users.

FitFlop haven’t paid for this thread, but they are supplying the prizes.

Mumsnet carries some affiliate marketing links, so if you buy something through our posts, we may get a small share of the sale (more details here).

I really fancy the Allegro rock stud ballerinas in brown here. They’d go with loads of my clothes and look comfy enough to wear a lot!

Bellybootcut · 17/04/2019 18:38

www.fitflop.com/uk/en/shop/naia-rockstud-leather-back-strap-sandals-p-U24#001 love these. Would wear them till about October! Love to have my feet out and these look like they would be flattering for my chunky calves!

Tanaqui · 17/04/2019 18:39

The Cova look great if you need a closed toe for work/ manky toenails!, but I think I would go for the Rally - I had a silver (or possibly pewter( pair of fit flop sneakers when they first came out and they were amazing!

sweetkitty · 17/04/2019 18:40

I’d have a pair of the Carita sneakers as I already have two pairs of sandals. I have fibromylagia and the soles of my feet ache. Fitflops are great for cushioning them.

WeevilKnievel · 17/04/2019 18:41

I'd love the Tia Sandals, they look like they'd go with everything, dresses, shorts and trousers Smile

Actually hate my feet but these cover them up enough and would be "practical" enough for wearing at work too

RockysMa · 17/04/2019 18:43

Barra in cognac look the bizzle.
I've yet to find really comfortable sandals. Been humming and hawing about getting a pair of fit-flops ... but the price gives me palpitations

JC4PMPLZ · 17/04/2019 18:44

Gold Cova II for me. They look pretty. I like closed toe.

Allegra rock stud ballerinas would be my choice I think. I used to wear heels to work but a relocation has meant I’m walking further and up and downstairs multiple times a day. So I’ve ditched the heels but struggle to find comfy but stylish flats, these look like they’d be perfect.

NerrSnerr · 17/04/2019 18:46

I'd love the Stripnit Ballerina's.

leccybill · 17/04/2019 18:51

I like these Sola ones. Simple, and go with everything.

Smallinthesmoke · 17/04/2019 18:52

Gold Cova II definitely.
A crazy touch of Liberace glitz to wear under the desk at work... plus, no need for a perfect pedicure. Wink

I love the Edit sandals in black or tan. Perfect for wearing on commute to work or casual at the weekend!

www.fitflop.com/uk/en/shop/buckleup-leather-back-strap-sandals-p-T06#001

I love the Buckleup in black too. Maybe they are a bit more Marmite - but I’d love to try them out!

Twisique · 17/04/2019 18:53

www.fitflop.com/uk/en/shop/iqushion-ergonomic-flip-flops-p-E54#011 These, they out flipflop all other flip flops, so easy and so comfy. Good price too.

Jfw82 · 17/04/2019 18:55

The scallop leather back strap ones (prob in chocolate brown) as I love that style but need my foot secure to make sure I don't turn my ankle so they are pretty and practical!

HowDoYouPronounceJohn · 17/04/2019 18:55

Allegro ballerinas in silver. Only ones that really appeal to me style-wise.

LIVIA999 · 17/04/2019 18:55

Wow! I'd never even realised Fitflop did anything other than flip flops.
I think I'd go for some ballet flats or the sneakers, or the gold braid sliders or all of them.

Rockbird · 17/04/2019 18:56

Goodness what a choice! Would have to be the Tiera or the Naia Rockstuds for me. Both are fab! I work in a school and spend a lot of time on my feet and out in the playground. Bog standard flip flops aren't really acceptable and last summer
I really struggled to find something presentable that kept my feet cool, were comfortable all day and looked the part. Either of these would be perfect.

MyNameIsJane · 17/04/2019 18:56

The pink Allegro ballerinas. They’re really pretty!

ladyratterley · 17/04/2019 18:58

Oooh I’d get Barra in the rose gold. They’re gorgeous & would go with everything.

Treadlightly · 17/04/2019 18:59

These are my favourite! I live fit flops they're so comfortable 😀

Shangrilalala · 17/04/2019 19:06

FitFlop fan here. NADIA for me. Perfect mix of smart and comfy for tired summer feet. Can’t decide between black and cognac as both look fantastic.

Aprilladvised · 17/04/2019 19:06

I have pair of silver Allegro Ballerinas (colour picked following advice on Mumsnet Style and Beauty) in my basket waiting for payday! 🤞

DramaInPyjamas · 17/04/2019 19:07

www.fitflop.com/uk/en/shop/petrina-leather-moccasin-loafers-p-Q66#001 I really like the look of these moccasins, they look so soft and comfy, I've had moccasins in the past which were really uncomfortable and it put me off the style but I'd love to try these

ItsHardToExplain · 17/04/2019 19:08

The Rally pink leather sneakers. They look retro which is know is fashionable but I most of that type of fashion is suited to young people but these shoes are classy and practical so I would feel comfortable wearing them.
I also love the colour.
