Fancy £100 to spend on some new summer FitFlops? 🌞

HannahGMumsnet · 17/04/2019 16:33

Hi everyone,

It's a well known fact that FitFlops have some pretty loyal fans here on Mumsnet for being, among other things, "blissfully comfortable" and "stupidly good."

With warmer weather creeping closer by the day, we want you to tell us which pair of FitFlop shoes you'd choose to compliment your summer wardrobe for the chance to win a £100 voucher. Whether you're jetting off somewhere hot, or your holiday plans comprise a tour of the local play parks with the kids, there's a pair of FitFlops for every occasion.

On Wednesday 1 May, we will pick three lucky winners at random who will each win a £100 voucher to spend on FitFlops of their choice.

To be in with a chance of winning, simply take a look at the FitFlop website and leave a comment letting us know which pair of shoes you would most like to get your hands on and why.

We might add a link into your post if we think it would be helpful to other users.

FitFlop haven’t paid for this thread, but they are supplying the prizes.

Mumsnet carries some affiliate marketing links, so if you buy something through our posts, we may get a small share of the sale (more details here).

I am clearly incapable of posting a picture!

It's the lighter pink RALLY pair! Bonus points if you visit the website and can post the photo for me :-)

These would make a good summer work shoe for me!

pinkgloves · 18/04/2019 12:06

The good BRAID ones. Sooooo lush.

ThatDeadlyJetty · 18/04/2019 12:07

Ooh! I like the airmesh sneakers - www.fitflop.com/uk/en/shop/airmesh-elastic-slip-on-sneakers-p-R60#381 . I walk quite a lot, and they look like they'd be supportive, cool and comfy. And look quite nice too. It's very rare to tick all of those boxes at once.

XingMing · 18/04/2019 12:39

I'd like any of the styles in the dotted snake leather. The colour reminds me of the adder I saw while walking the dog last week, so I might not choose the toe thongs!

PhilomenaButterfly · 18/04/2019 12:48

I'd love some Rally silver sneakers to wear with t-shirts and denim shorts: www.fitflop.com/uk/en/shop/rally-metallic-leather-sneakers-p-R29#011

starfleet · 18/04/2019 13:05

The Buckle Up Slides - they look so comfortable. Or maybe the Heda sandals - I like the sports luxe look.

Freshstart40 · 18/04/2019 14:16

These these these are lovely!

BARELY Leather Back Strap Sandals

Twiss crystal toe thongs for me. So sparkly, my inner magpie loves these

Clawdy · 18/04/2019 14:39

I liked the look of the Barely, in the red snakeskin, very different.

Lotstodo · 18/04/2019 14:41

I would love SCALLOP in chocolate brown. They are ideal for work, weekends and for holidays. They could be worn with so many different outfits and look so classy with the brown and gold combination.

PlushLush2018 · 18/04/2019 15:18

I fancy these ones - they are funky but practical, like a pair of modern walking sandals. I have to be careful about summer footwear because of my plantar fasciitis but reckon these will combine comfort with edgy style and could be the sandals of the summer for me

NightmareDaemon · 18/04/2019 15:40

Probably the Scallop in black as I love a slide for summer

hotchocdrinker · 18/04/2019 16:18

Rumba for me. Nice and comfy with a bit go bling!

BuzzPeakWankBobbly · 18/04/2019 16:27

I think I'd plump for the "Splash Pearlised Back-Strap Sandals".
I live in the plain flip flops in summer (they help my PF) so these are just a step up from them.

I have always wanted some Fitflops but have never had enough spare cash to justify them. I’m torn between the black snakeskin Hoopla and the simplicity of the Sola leather slides.

fei0131 · 18/04/2019 17:20

The Nadia loafers look so comfortable. Summery but without exposing too much of my feet! 😳 And they would go with everything.

Lexilooo · 18/04/2019 18:30

I thought the Tia for holidays and hot weekends in the uk but then I spotted the black Cova which would be perfect for work in summer and would mean I wouldn't have to change my shoes for the journey home!

10forKicks · 18/04/2019 18:36

I'd go for the 'Barely' in the bronze colour. They look like the holy grail of comfortable but stylish summer sandals. Smile

thanksamillion · 18/04/2019 18:41

I love Barra but I'd also quite like Barely. Everyone in my office swears by Fitflops and I'd really like to join the party!

Shouldbedoing · 18/04/2019 18:45

I like the look of the Edit sandal in gold. It has the famous footbed but looks reasonably strappy for me, with adjustable front strap. I struggle to find shoes as my feet are half a size different, measuring 6.25 and 6.75 so a 7 can be loose on my smaller foot.

Even my slippers are FitFlops (grey felt Chrissie) because I suffer from plantar fasciitis! It's the only brand of ballerina style flats I can wear, so I'd love to add a pair of the Allegro's to my summer wardrobe in psychedelic pink. The colour is just so fun and versatile, I'd even wear them on smart occasions (I can't wear heels but to PF) with a dress or floral skirt and yet they'd still look fresh with shorts or linen trousers.

amarante · 18/04/2019 18:55

My favourites are the Heda.... Perfect to walk to the beach in Portugal.

olivo · 18/04/2019 19:00

Cova II look gorgeous. Perfect for work!

FurryTurnipHead · 18/04/2019 19:02

I'd go for Rally in one of the metallic colours. Not my usual style at all but I like the look of these. I've got very narrow feet and high arches so Fit Flops are great for me, I lived in their Chelsea boots all winter and didn't need to usual insoles in them.
