I'm going for first drinks date this week, im planning on wearing this dress as its my favourite & feel confident in it, would normally wear with my heels but i think i need to tone it down abit - what shoes would you wear? Thank you!

The ballet flats will make you look stumpy. Definitely no. You look fabulous with the shoes you have. I do agree with a black cardi.

Date update as promised, just got home had a lovely evening, time completely flew, seeing him again sunday evening (when im next child free) ☺ no kiss though but a hug? Trying not to read too much into that lol never happy!! Thanks again for all the support & advice everyone
