Friend says I can't wear these white trousers to a wedding..do you agree?

I'm going to a wedding next Saturday and it's forecast snow.
I hate dresses and skirts and feel so self conscious
I have these trousers and feel comfortable in them but friend says no as they are white.
What do you think?

Friend says I can't wear these white trousers to a wedding..do you agree?

I'm thinking either a black cami tucked in or a black off the shoulder top with a nice necklace,black heels and bag or maybe a silver bag

Even if they were pure white, you’re hardly going to upstage or be mistaken for the bride. Your friend is being ridiculous.

My friend wore similar style trousers to my wedding with a plain cami and a fluffy faux fur coat (5 years ago in March)
She looked amazing and I always remember her outfit.
Yes, wear them.

Spent a fortune ordering skirts from ASOS and they all arrived and are shocking quality

For one thing, they aren't white. They are multi-colored. You'll be fine in them.
