Does anyone have experience of this?
I have done everything I can to try and get rid of the mum tum, I've slimmed to a size 8 and still it's there.
I exercise and have a fairly healthy diet so I'm not expecting the slendertone to do all the work, I just want to tone the area more than it is at the moment

I have bought one! got the abs5 at half price brand new on eBay from the official slendertone shop.
I've used it today for half an hour and aim to do that again later on.
I'll let you know as the weeks go on, how I'm doing

Hope it works for you, i have put a bit of weight on just recently, and it has mostly gone on my stomach area,, but will see if i can lose a bit on a diet, rare for me to put weight on,ony about half a stone but shows on me because i am small

Yes, keep us posted op. I need to lose the podge first, but I am wondering if then Slendertone would help with the shelf.

minesthecutest · 20/02/2019 15:17

I do have a bit of podge myself to lose admittedly but not very much, I hope at the least I can feel my core get stronger by the end of the 6 weeks.
I don't expect to have a massive different looks wise but I hope it helps the shelf as it's horrible.
I don't know what's worse the shelf or the stretchmarks (damn kids have ruined meGrin)

ok so I'm on day 5 and just wanted to update that I've been doing it twice a day for 30 mins each time leaving 12 hours im between so my muscles can rest.
I've managed to get up to level 67 and I have to say it is a little painful I can't do much else whilst it's on.
Having said that though I haven't felt any muscle aches the next day at all so I don't know if it's doing anything.
I have taken measurements so I'll update with how much lost every 2 weeks or so.

Yes, worked after c-section. I have no shelf, but wasn't trying to fix one either... just toning.

minesthecutest · 24/02/2019 17:49

great to hear Mrsmaisel
By the way I take it back I checked totally feel muscle aches today! I've been between 40 and 50 before last night so I guess it needs to be as high as poss for it to work well enough

Hey could you please give an update. I'm thinking of getting one of these! minesthecutest

I had one of the weighted hole hoops, and I got bruised using it, if you can get past that stage it could work on your stomach, I tried for my waistline, but as with all things I try to keep fit, they end up at the charity shop.
