Can you recommend an eyeshadow primer?

I'm currently using up Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion which I don't really like. It's too thick and pale. I've used their anti-ageing one before and that was better but now I'm coming to the end of my tube of Primer Potion I'm on the lookout for something better.

Yep, it’s been recommended as a primer on here before as it has v similar ingredients in it to the Smashbox primer. I didn’t get on with it as a facial primer as it made my skin too matt but for eyelids it’s great!

I second the Avon one.

I use a MAC one but it’s in a black tube. So impressed

@Destinysdaughter can you explain exactly how you use it? I put it on at 7 and my eyeshadow and eyeliner has gone already. Do you put eyeshadow on straight away, or wait a few minutes? It made my eyes water a bit too, which didn't help.

I put foundation on my eyelids first then smooth the gel on my eyelids and also under them ( I used to muse powder which also works ). I wait a few minutes then put eyeshadow on. Works well for me but we’re all different!
