Can anyone suggest 'soft' supportive bra for 34E

14 months on from gallbladder removal I’ve been left with discomfort in right side which is made considerably worse if I wear my normal bras.

I’ve changed from 32F to 34E to see if bigger back measurement would help but hasn’t made any significant difference. I wear sports bras now at weekend but they just don’t work with work and / or smart clothes.

I do need proper support (late 40’s so gravity in action !).

Drs can’t find anything specific wrong so think it’s something I’m just going to have to live with.

The way the band and straps are at the back and side was a lot comfier than normal bras. It was comfy enough to sleep in easily.

I also get these sports bras Falke Versatility. Found them quite helpful as they give a bit more shape than a normal sports bra due to the double layered knitted construction. I’m a similar size to you at 32G and I find a L good, although you might want to try an XL too as it’s marginal.

This was a little weird at first but now I pay no heed...but the only comfy bra I could find was a post surgery one in M&S. Super soft and supportive. Only difference is it has an extra lining (pocket).

Sloggi Zero feel bralette. I’m a 34 e and find these very supportive with no stitching or itchy bits.

I wondered about those teta - do they give you much uplift ?

Yes they do rather surprisingly. The padded cups have a roll on them at the bottom that levers up your boobs slightly. Because the padding is soft and adapts to your shape it looks natural and real. Not obviously enhancing in a size 14. The bralette lifts but doesn’t separate though if that’s what you want. However they are the most comfy bra ever.

Primark do a soft cup sports bra type bra - very comfy and cheap. Whenever I put on a normal bra now it feels too tight and uncomfortable.

I have had years of breast and shoulder pain, more than one mammogram to investigate breast cancer, thankfully all clear. Turned out it was spinal and shoulder arthritis. I cannot wear an underwired bra at all now, the pain is too much. This bra however is perfect. I have many, in all colours, and it’s perfectly supportive. I’ve bought so many over the last few years that I’m convinced it’s why they’ve kept producing them

I'm 32G and my normal underwired bras have become very uncomfortable now I'm older so I'm always on the hunt for soft yet supportive bras.

Came to suggest the M&S non wired sumptuously soft full cup bra but I see it's been suggested already. 100% recommend. Due to a health issue I find wearing a bra causes pain so I avoid where possible. That is what I wear if I have a need to wear a proper bra.
Not sure if it's worth noting but I'm a similar size to you on the chest OP and I wear the M&S DD+ lace bralettes sometimes and like them, I find them reasonably supportive considering , though I do have to size up to get the comfort I want in the band.

Molke bras look awful. Like some amateur ran them up from random spare fabric. They don't even look to fit the models properly.

Molke are so comfortable and lift you right up. Really supportive

Obviously not everyone likes the groovy colours and prints, but there are plain ones too. Theyre getting a bit of a cult following now
