Is Clinique moisture surge worth it?

I usually use Nivea sensitive but I got a free sample pot of the above
It feels amazing and I am tempted to buy. It is much more than I would usually spend and I have read that expensive moisturiser isn't worth it
Is it worth splurging on?

Isn't it very silicone heavy which can potentially cause breakouts? A Clinique sales girl herself told me if dehydration is your issue then go for the yellow ddml moisturizer.
