A spend of £60 this time!! Seems more than the last two doesn’t it?

OP posts:
gingercat02 · 05/11/2018 18:04

It is more. The first was £30 and the last one £45 iirc. Prizes will have to be good me to bother

EachandEveryone · 05/11/2018 18:52

I know. The first one was brilliant, I never bothered the second time.

OP posts:
wombatron · 05/11/2018 20:28

The last one was £45, which is almost like buy a candle and get one free if you were lucky. £60minimum is a bit high - id not do it if I got hand cream for that

TheCraicDealer · 05/11/2018 20:30

I'll probably have a go, but as PPs say it'll have to be good for me to proceed to checkout. The diffusers are £62 so might get one of those if it's a decent freebie. They can fuck off if they try to fob us off with handsoap this time!

Owlwantstoshare · 05/11/2018 20:54

Will have a go but agree the prizes will need to be good to justify it unless you were going to buy something anyhow

EachandEveryone · 05/11/2018 21:05

It’s so greedy isn’t it? I wonder what the prizes will be? The first time I got full size treats so it seemed totally worth it. I just dont have £60 this time

OP posts:
Housewife2010 · 05/11/2018 23:07

I don't think it's greedy as the prizes are so generous.

EachandEveryone · 05/11/2018 23:13

Not always. Its pot luck really. And if you are paying almost double youd want more than a travel size.

What time does it start?

It starts at 11:00

Nutkins24 · 06/11/2018 07:55

How does everyone know that start time? I’ve not had an email yet!

WingingWonder · 06/11/2018 08:18

Nooooo I’m overseas 11am GMT is bloody late here and I bet WiFi is down by then 😭

QueenOfIce · 06/11/2018 08:21

Do you have to pay before you find out what your gift is or do you find out at checkout?

CARg150190 · 06/11/2018 08:38

Have they officially released the time as 11am? X

Nutkins24 · 06/11/2018 08:40

QueenOfIce no you find out which gift you win before you pay. If you open lots of private browsers you can keep playing until you get something you want.

peachypetite · 06/11/2018 08:42

£60 does seem a lot. Will see what the prizes are.

youare · 06/11/2018 09:09

They messed up my order last time and I ended up with one candle that I paid for and two free ones I did offer to send it back but they told me to keep it.

Hoping for a similar error this time.

Shitlandpony · 06/11/2018 09:11

They need to recoup the costs of sending so much free stuff to instagram mummies. I stopped shopping with them because of that which is slightly cutting my nose off to spite my face I know.

FellSwoop · 06/11/2018 09:22

Anyone know what time it kicks off?

AwkwardAsAllGetout · 06/11/2018 09:26

A lot of the things I’d have bought are showing as out of stock on the website so I hope they manage to restock. I’ve used this game for 5e last few times to get some lovely gifts for the truly deserving staff who look after our son, but the £60 minimum spend does seem awfully high tbh. I think last time they made a complete cock up of a lot of the orders and are hoping the higher spend will mean less take up.

EachandEveryone · 06/11/2018 10:01

and the time before they sent us all travel sizes instead of full. I really wanted to get s couple of presents today but it just seems like far too much Monet.

They're being very vague too...I loaded up my basket and asked in live chat when it was starting...the consultant didn't know rollseyes

Nutkins24 · 06/11/2018 10:51

Mmm lots of the shower gels are out of stock. Really annoying as there’s not much you can combine to spend £60, Its going to be more like £70. I don’t want to purchase the cheaper Xmas gift things as I feel they’re a bit of a rip off compared to the shower gels which I use a lot.

CARg150190 · 06/11/2018 10:59

A lot of the items that are out of stock were in stock the other day. Might just be a trick to get us to pay more...
