A spend of £60 this time!! Seems more than the last two doesn’t it?

That's extremely uncool. Why are we paying more and not getting the damn game???

Why do we get stung with a £60 minimum spend? Rude.

I was so excited when I saw this thread, then I've read it through and.... €50?! That's £43.69! Why are we having to pay almost 150%?!

I'm pretty fed up with the fact our minimum spend is more and we haven't got the game yet. I will play the game if it ever goes live for us but unless I get a good freebie I won't proceed to checkout.

I am not going to bother now as we are being utterly shafted. What a waste of a day! Lesson learned!

I know it is ridiculous, I was planning on doing my order on the U.K site but thought I’d check the Spanish one and was shocked that they only had a minimum €50 spend. It makes a massive difference to what you can purchase to receive the free gift. I did do the private browser trick and there were a couple of 100ml colognes from the blossoms range which have disappeared off the U.K. site, a 30ml of the French lime blossom cologne and another one from a limited edition range I can’t remember and also a red roses travel candle. I did it quite a few times and didn’t get any other options but I don’t know if they will have different things on the U.K. site.

I gave up waiting and just bought a load of stuff with freebies from bomb cosmetics instead.

Complaints on the facetube under the festive photo. Twitter would be a good one. I'm not bothering now, I think they're greedy bastards!

You'd think they'd do the decent thing and lower the price down to the same level as European sites...especially after messing up so badly and getting caught on shafting us in the UK!

The other thing that has irritated me recently is the pure extravagance JM seem to throw at certain instragrammers. I can understand sending some new products to review but weekends away in top hotels, lavish dinners and "going back to school" to learn how to wrap presents seems way over the top. I have seen a number of these events this year and as a customer it is actually turning me off the product. I never see any of their loyal customers being treated to these events.

It's up...and I've won 100ml tropical cherimoya cologne...which sounds rank and I shan't bother

@Thiscantreallybehappening I couldn't agree more. As a longtime loyal customer I have never received a 'surprise' in the post let alone a weekend away!

In private browsing I played 4 times to see what's on offer, each time was a 100ml of one of those blossom ones. All horrible. I've gone off JM.

I think the blossoms were fairly inoffensive when I tried them in store but nothing ground breaking. It’s the tropical cherimoya one I hated.
