Only 5. and three are for my daughter....

Villanellesproudmum · 03/11/2018 16:46

One each.

Costacoffeeplease · 03/11/2018 16:51

3 for me. M&S Look Fantastic and Liberty

Haribo and dairy milk for husband 😄

TheOneWith · 03/11/2018 17:42

One - Jo Malone

purplecorkheart · 03/11/2018 17:50

One, the look fantastic one. I am being good and resisting buying anymore. Still have loads off stuff left over from old calanders

goose1964 · 04/11/2018 11:41

None because I can't afford one. Last year though I managed to get a Yankee candle one half price so I'll keep hunting for something like that. I can't have chocolate ones because I'm diabetic.

trumptrump · 04/11/2018 13:38

@goose1964

There's a few non-chocolate food ones. Pringles are doing one, for example.

  1. One for dh and one for ds. Both chocolate. I think I need to address my lack of one....
NonaGrey · 04/11/2018 13:42

None. We never do.

Nanasueathome · 04/11/2018 13:45

None at the moment....
I had the free gift with purchase beauty bonus stuff from Liberty a few weeks ago (value almost £400) and have used last years Liberty Advent calendar box and made one for my daughter
I have to say it is pretty impressive
I looked at the jo loves one but then decided to have a perfume and candle at full price as I thought that was a better option
Having said all that, I’m waiting for the Jo Malone grabber game on Tuesday

Skinandbones · 04/11/2018 13:48

T2 have an advent calender out, not too pricey. Dd28 has that, Rituals and had bought me a jelly belly one from wilkcos.

Didiusfalco · 04/11/2018 13:52

I’ve got three chocolate ones, for dh and dc and one cardboard one for me. I’m a bit of a stick in the mud about advent calendars and am still getting used to chocolate ones being the norm.

justforareply · 04/11/2018 13:58

2
One each for DD's
Avon earring advent calendars - got one last year and DD loved it and I think other DD a bit envious

TheGrassIsGreener3 · 04/11/2018 14:35

I've bought 6 so far (including one for the cats to share and one for the dog).

I8toys · 04/11/2018 15:29

M&S, Rituals, Yankee Candle, Ciate, Green and Blacks, Thorntons for me
Reese's and Lindt for kids with also little houses filled with Kinder chocolates plus an M&S 12 day puzzle calendar
Cath Kidston and Green and Blacks for mum
1 each for the cats

Love an advent calendar or 7!

May get the 12 days of Christmas beer one for husband!

confusedmomm · 04/11/2018 16:31

Glossybox for me, M&S for MIL and Lego & chocolate for DS

confusedmomm · 04/11/2018 16:33

I was going to get the MaC one too but it ran out before could get it. Are the Jo Malone / Liberty ones as good as they say?

Babymamaroon · 04/11/2018 16:37

I've plumped for the Liberty one. Am insanely excited!

Richlyfruited · 04/11/2018 16:38

Bought M&S for me Grin

I'm currently buying things to make an advent calendar for DD who is desperate for a beauty one this year. I want her to have quality make up that I'm happy for her to use mixed up with some sweets and chocolate!

CoolCarrie · 04/11/2018 18:47

Two Aldi Luxury calendars , one for my mum and one for me, plus the wine one for dh & me to share.

User5trillion · 04/11/2018 19:04

I badly want an estee lauder one but £150!!! I have never had one before and I would be worried I wouldn't use/like half the products. Wouldn't mind so much if someone bought me one however!!!

Fstar · 04/11/2018 22:27

Was determined not to buy any... i have 3. Glossybox, body shop and decleor.

dragonfly7 · 04/11/2018 22:31

I have 4, I've always wanted a beauty calendar and I always put it off so I've taken the plunge this year.
I have got an asos one,Mrs snowballs bubble boutique one, nails inc 12 days and a chocolate one.

Hunter007 · 07/11/2018 20:56

Are the beauty calendars worth it? I',m tempted but wonder is it just a load of samples I could get for free at the counter! I am treating myself to a Hotel Chocolat one for sure though.

Costacoffeeplease · 07/11/2018 23:09

They are for me, I like the opportunity to try new brands or products. Some are full size, some last 3-4 weeks, they’re certainly more than I’ve had in free samples
