Best control underwear for belly....

So I went and bought a lovely dress which is slightly figure hugging and I think my belly protrudes a bit. Can anyone recommend control underwear which isn't too unbearable to wear out. I have bigger knickers from Marks but I've been told, kindly, that I need to get something better

Spanx have these knickers called Higher Power which go up to your bra, so your waist is very smooth. They do work. But pricey. A good investment in that mine are about 10 years and going strong.

But on the cheaper end, M+S have these bodysuits that have shoulder straps but you wear your own bra with them. They're very secure. They do the same job, provide a smoothing effect on the torso.

The problem with bigger knickers is that they can give you two big rolls as the night goes on.

I vote for M and S bodysuits too - they have a corset effect and are brilliant

Thanks so much, could either of you post a link so I get the exact one? I'm size 16 and my belly is bigger looking in this particular dress but I really want to wear it. I always think I see bigger girls who confidently wear anything, would love to be like this!!

Agree with PP...bodysuit or shapewear slip much better than pants...much smoother and no bulges

My local B&M often have spanx in stock for £5/6 depending on how much let you want.

Watching with interest. I'm relatively slim and in shape but hate my double C section gut.
