What tights with white trainers?

I like the look of white trainers with skirts and dresses, but what tights go with them to keep warm, now that it's too cold for bare legs?
Are black opaques a no no?
And what if the skirt or dress is a lighter colour?
I wondered about cream coloured fishnet tights, or light grey cable/ soft knit.

I think they belong with socks and jogging bottoms 😬

I love my fishnet tights, primark are really good for tights. And for the record I’m an engineer not a prostitute and I can’t stand Halloween. Wear what makes you happy OP, life’s too short to worry what people think.

The trainers look is a particular London thing, I really noticed it at Frieze this year. Up north we don’t pair trainers like this
