Recommend me a decent nude nail polish

I’m on the lookout for a decent nude polish. Not too brown, not too grey, not too pink. The Goldilocks of nude nail polish, if you will.

I have Essie Mademoiselle, which is really not what I’m looking for. I’d like a more opaque one.

What are your favorites?

Watching with interest as I love Essie Mademoiselle but can't be arsed layering three coats for opacity.

I say ‘do you take lei away’ on the OPI website. Looks nice too.

No 7 has one called I think pink meringue or pink champagne - it's not really pink though.

I agree Beaux, I’ve 3 coats of Essie on now but it’s still not opaque. Nowhere near it

Models own nude beige is my favourite.

I have just bought revlons nude nail varnish and really like it.

China glaze have nice ones, i shop on nailpolish direct so many to choose from del is cheap aswell and free if u spend over £15 x

I love Revlon Grey Suede. I’m on my second bottle. Despite its name it is definitely nude.

My go-to nude is OPI's "Pale to the Chief". They have lots of great nude shades.

OPI bubble bath or put it in neutral are my go to nudes

If I'm doing my own toes I use No7 gel finish in Soft Truffle

I splurged and bought Chanel Ballet Slippers. Lush.

Essie ballet slippers? Not sure how opaque though.

Didn't get a chance to update yesterday. I did get to Boots, which is a big boots but the nail polish choice was appalling. None of the recommended Revlon, Rimmel or Models Own ones, No OPI, no China Glaze. All in all very disappointing. I didn't get to check out the boots ones as I was losing the will.

But I was keen to 'invest' and I ended up with Essie 'spin the bottle' I think (at work so can't check). I really like it so thanks @Angelcd for the recommendation.

I am going to keep looking for the other recommendations here tho. I fancy a few different nudes. It's a bit like looking for the perfect nude bra or the perfect foundation. A never-ending quest. Altho slightly cheaper. Maybe.
