The purple folders coordinating with her coat will not slow down speculation...

Mabel is Wax's SIL - wife of his late brother Friso.

Not a huge fan of Kate's dress (but bloody hell she is amazingly slim) it looks like something Diana would've worn - the jewellery is incredible though. The Lover's Knot isn't my favourite tiara & I wish she'd be loaned something different sometimes but it does look amazing with Queen Alexandra's necklace - if I had access to bling with that sort of provenance I wouldn't care if it was hand-me-down!

That picture of Mabel's dress isn't too bad.....the bows got bigger and bigger down the back of the dress if I remember correctly!!!

I wish my Granny had a jewellery collection like that.
Kate’s dress is a miss for me too and I think she’s looking a little to thin. The tiara and necklace are stunning on her though.

Proper pictures of Kate’s dress are better but still don’t like it. Very impressed she can fit into such an unforgiving material at 6 months PP though (she says, 8 months PP and still wearing her fat pants.....) It should definitely have remained in the 1980s. Not a Renaissance we needed to witness I don’t think.

Kate's grey dress was McQueen. Fantastic at tailoring; evening wear not so much.
Kate should really stick to Jenny Packham for evening wear.

Maxima'tiara was stupendous.

The queen & camilla looklike they were ready for bed in.fancy housecoats and plonked on.a tiara & sash for dinner.

Awful show from the Brits .

The bodice of Kate's dress isn't too bad. The skirt is just horrid though. Too much fabric, too long and the top of the fish tail looks too low down, and unflattering and just ... just no! Maybe it's better IRL?

Oh the train of that wedding dress! I love the dress - didn't spot the train in the first pics. A bit OTT - but kind of love it.

The bottom of Kate's dress brings to mind parachute pants unfortunately.

I actually rather like Mabel's dress - very vintage looking. I'm a fan of 50s/60s formal wear.

Oh God no. I got married in the 1980s. Shopping for wedding dresses was very painful.

I was hoping Max would wear that tiara. She looks stunning in it. I wonder how much it weighs, though.

Gotta love Mabel. At her husband's funeral she wore a dress with one bow, a little poignant reminder of her wedding dress.

Max is 5'8" but wearing heels.

Kate does a lot of exercise. Plus she is very careful about what she eats.

I think that camellias outfit is nice it's very similar to her wedding outfit i like it. That shade of blue really suits Kate I think.

I like the colour of Kate's dress, but there's a lot going on there with all the pleats and the fabric and the shape... any one of those elements would be nice but taken all together, I find it a bit fussy.

She has an amazing figure though, so she's making a go of carrying it off at the very least.
