I’m not impressed by the way the big V neck has washed at all. It looks like an oversized rag to me.

Its extremely comfy and really practical. Just put it straight on today. Its very versatile and a good price in the sale. I have it on with trainers but it would work great with boots.
@Laska, Love the jacket. I think you should keep it. It looks great with the wide legs and the black tee and the necklace. Also like it with the marina. Its really beautiful. The red jumper looks great with the zebra skirt.

I am keeping both @Ella :) I absolutely love the skirt. Its a beautiful heavy satin. Its a lovely shape. Im really glad I got it. I will post a better picture later. It is hard to see it when it is black.

I got the dress in a 10. For the skirt I got that in a 12. I have hips being pear shaped and the 10 was too tight in the skirt. Its a great dress. Could look good dressed up.

Thanks @Ella. Its the cassie modal dress. I have tried the other dress - the cassie but its more like a t-shirt material. Its still the same style though. The modal one is a slightly heavier fabric.

I love the dress on you never the last years jersey fabric Cassie didnt do anything for me the waist was too high and it was too sticky out and short for my body shape.. but it looks great on you. the modal fabric makes a difference I'm sure

Well, I have ignored you all and sent the jacket back along with the trousers! (kept the hush jumper and raglan) . after spending some time trawling the net looking for a suitable top , I decided I was being daft.. and lovely as it was the likelihood was that it would be one of those jackets that hung in the wardrobe waiting for an 'occasion'.. I have address for the next wedding I am going to (which isn't until next May anyway) .. and christmas is usually a pretty casual affair around here .

AND i have spent a lot! (,2 Hush tops and Fly boots this week! ) so my somewhat tarnished and slightly bent Halo is restored

I'm really pleased with that red jumper.. its great fabric too i think ( lets hope it doesnt shred as *cherries one did .. but definitely size up , if you are tempted

So I’m sitting on the Eurostar back to London, weather in Paris was amazingly mild and sunny this week so people were still wearing their summer things. In the same day in the office I saw: ladies in leather jeans and boots and ladies in white trousers and sandals! Grin even our chic Parisiennes seem a bit confused by the Indian Summer...

I have indulged and have a Hush flash sale parcel waiting for me at home Wink it’ll be late by the time I get there so I’ll report back tomorrow

I’m actually wearing right now the kick flare trousers from last AW and in the flash sale, I recommend them highly! Flattering (I wear it with a black belt as per pic with tucked in shirts). And good quality.
I’m losing internet connection so may not be able to read you till later

Oh, and I also kept the navy Seasalt Letterpress cardi in the 10 and sent back the 12. I didn't post a photo of that did I? ,Its really lovely .. see what I mean about slightly bent halo?

Its lovely laska. Beautiful cardigan. Pricey though...
I sent back the hush cardi. I reckoned that at £50 I could do better. It was an xs anyway. I did love the light camel colour. However its easy to pick up a dupe. So, kept the velour marina, cassie modal dress and the satin skirt - cant remember the name of it. That is me truly done with spending. I need to stop now. Maybe if someone treats me for my birthday but that's it. Seriously.
